I have a £70 table top cutter that can cut 2x2, 4x4 etc timber perfectly straight. Cutting straight timber is not rocket science if you are not in Nigeria.

There is something satisfying and soothing about a house with a generous amount of wood indoors.

I have seen it before. It’s not even issue of illegitimacy.

The owner picked a wrong plot inside Lekki Scheme II and has built up to first floor level before the real owner of the land came.
The building was removed and the owner had to start all over again on another plot.
The building is directly adjacent COWLSO building in Lekki Scheme II.

So don’t advice the man to take chances. Perfecting the title document on the land is the only way to secure the land legitimately.
