It is enough to just say you are ill. When you start showing me a well orchestrated picture with drip and all, then it feels like you are going the extra mile to make me believe you, and then I don't. Then again, maybe it's just a social media thing. These days, everyone shares every tiny detail of their lives online with accompanying pictures.

As in eh......Was asking my hubby if malaria is now a transmitted disease......but i know say na Covid on the low key.....May God continue to save us all

Na my female nurse friend wey sey make I come back house. She and her mum treated me at home, in less than 2days I was back to my feet

Very true. The breed/type of mosquitoes out there this season is stronger. The December weather also makes our immune system more prone to infection. Lagos air especially is extremely polluted. This is the time scavengers burn and release all sorts of toxic chemicals into the atmosphere.
