Please who else has faced this challenge. I tried withdrawing fiverr funds today via Payoneer Bank withdrawal which I have used since 2017. Usually, when a withdrawal is initiated, you receive an email notification within 5mins which you approve then choose instant withdrawal at $3 or 1$ for a waiting period of 3days. Your funds practically gets to your payoneer within 30mins after your email approval.

Now it appears this system have changed. I got no email notification, no sms prompt nothing! But my fiverr balance is showing transaction success while my payoneer balance has not reflected. It's been hours already and I'm fatigued.

Why go through all this stress to withdraw your own money after an initial wait period of 2weeks? What kind of rubbish is this?

The waiting time do not last up to 10 seconds and it automatically routes straight to email. Your email will not even be responded to by an agent but a pre programed bot.
Their live chat is subject to availability according to them. Make of that what you will.

3 days later fiverr marked the order completed.
I decided that anytime he's ready with the Info's I requested for, I'll still do the job.

About 2 months later the buyer returns asking for a refund of the money that no longer exist in my account.

Turns out he reported the issue to fiverr because fiver gave me a flag for the first time.

Am confused...

You don't have to be confused. Anything that did not see your account terminated isn't a dead sentence. It's all part of the work.

We meet buyers like that once in a while. As it stands, the buyer has been refunded and you are having a negative balance on your account.

Once money clears into your account, Fiverr will be deducting it until you pay up all the money before you can see a withdrawal fund in your balance. I just hope the order amount is what you can pay up easily.

You know you should avoid Fiverr strike for the next two months to stay safe?

As for looking elsewhere other than Fiverr, I think it's a suggestion in order. Fiverr is truly old and not as effective as it used to be. One needs to diversify to remain in business.

Freelancer.com itself is a scam platform. When I tried looking for a job there, an Indian or Pakistani Freelancer will compose a mouth watering job request and send it to you, once you accept it, they will tell you sorry that it was a mistake. But Freelancer will take their commission from that request that you accepted even when the person did not buy your services, who does that?

Those Freelancers do it to reduce competition and chase new sellers away. Imagine having a negative balance of $50 and Freelancer.com is asking you to pay up using your mastercard while you have not made a single dollar from their platform.

That's stupid and scam.
