Who told you should be sent to your email? Do they refer to refusal letter?

No if they are denied you a visa , you should have received the refusal letter in your email before your passport ready for collection


Have you called the UKVI

Check your spam. If there’s nothing there, you’ll need to contact UKVI

Just sign in to your application, the mail you received after your payment. They'll automatically direct you to the TLS Website.

I don’t really understand how things work in UK. I sent paid mail 26th November and got a reply that a decision has been made & it takes 5-10 working days before I can be contacted by VAC. Is over 15 working days now I have not heard anything. Please I need someone with experience to explain for me.

This is just a generic mail sent to people after biometrics. When did you do your biometric?

no I didn’t see any refusal email, just a collection email from tls.. ive been having issues contacting them cos my Naira card just won’t work.

A friend of mine received a refusal letter on Tuesday and went to pick his passport at the TLS today with a stamp/Vignette. given 2yrs Visa, Meanwhile he applied for 6month visa..

Are the details in the refusal letter correct? Are the details on the Vignette his? An error can occur, but he cannot use that visa to travel if his details are not the same as the one on the sticker.

Must it be done in Lagos?

And I believe they sent this after capturing then since you said it's generic

After it has arrived DMC and a Visa officer is preparing to work on your application file

I did on 30th November (Priority) and I haven't gotten any mail.

I received my passport without a UK visa in it and no letter to explain the refusal. What should I do to know my status of the visa?
