Good afternoon Everyone,

I'm trying to make a payment of 140GBP on NMC website with someone's else Master card, but it returned declined twice.

I really don't know if it is because I'm not the original card owner or could it be they don't accept mastercard even though the option is there

I will appreciate any answers concerning this, Please help a newbie

Please I need clarification. I'm married and I have court certificate, change of name and affidavit but my license and international passport and NIN still bears my father's name.
Can I start my application with my father's name?I hope it won't affect my husband?
Please I need response

You are NOT married until you are.

So if you are filling your application right now, your marital status is single. If you put married, other documents will be requested for upload in the visa stage. And you do not have these documents.

You can always file for your husband AFTER your marriage certificate is out. So relax and do urs ist, pass ur osce, then file for him to join you. Or you may even choose to file for him immediately yoy touch down in the UK.

With all due respect to the UK routers, but CBT is one of the easiest nursing exam to pass. All you have to do is go through your past questions, brush up on some additional policies and terminology relevant to UK, and calm down while doing the math portion (so you don't see 2x3 and be saying 5 like me).

1mth prep for CBT is more than sufficient. I have people preping in 2weeks self.
You just have to be confident and know that you are ALREADY A NURSE and nmcn finals is a much tougher nut to crack (and u passed that one).

You are absolutely right about it being the easiest. I prepared for 3 days and wrote it on the 4th day. I came across a site that I used to practice the numeracy part early in the morning before going for the exam. The questions I saw on the site were not different from the exam questions. It's as if I was given expo.

For home care try Care UK, they will book you for interview sharp sharp. Why home care though? I think NHS is better as a first job. This one i suggested ehn, their package is not too good. NHS give better relocation packages.

Care UK actually offered but their offer is Real sh*t. No way I was going to join them....
If NHS doesn't come nkor? Nne make I enter UK fess even though with care home(with reasonable offer). We'll sort out the rest later. I'd personally prefer NHS but I need Move sharp sharp.

Hello Everyone

Please i was asked to be in the UK by 24th of Jan by my trust, my registry is scheduled for Jan 20th which is when i will be given the marriage certificate

1) When applying for visa can i claim been married despite not having the certificate yet at the time of the visa application?

2) If i claim been single when applying for visa, whenever my spouse wants to join me over there after having the marriage certificate, would it be an issue whenever he applies for dependent/spouse visa using my Certificate of sponsorship?

Please I look forward to your responses. Thank you

That's true o, when I saw their package, I just laughed, Some care homes have good offers though. May God grant our heart desires, be it NHS or Care homes, they are both worth it. I've finally gotten an NHS offer, I'm really grateful to God. I still have pending NHS interview invites, it took me 2 months to get here.

Hello, Good evening. I know this is off topic, but I will like to talk to someone who went to nursing school to advise me the best school to apply too and what it’s takes

It depends on where u wish to school....
But these are few facts...
Private/mission owned schools of nursing easily give admission but are expensive,as some pay above 500k as a fresher...
Government school of nursing are a bit cheaper than privates but the admission is competitive...
So choose wisely

Go through the list of accredited SON and apply to private ones. If you aren't bad academically, you should pull through although they are more expensive but better in terms of transparency.
Public ones are kind of dubious with admissions. I will recommend the private SON in Edo, competition is veryyyy low so if you are smart academically, it's easy entrance for you. Fees was about 400 initially for my sister that's there and almost through.

U aren't far from the truth...so dubious....I passed my entrance/interview exams yet I was denied admission...
Pls can u share names of private son in Edo

I have a link for care home jobs, if you are interested drop your email. Personally, I would prefer to relocate via NHS job so I'm still applying and hoping for a positive response soon. I've gotten interview invites from care homes but I didn't reply their messages. I'm 100% down for NHS jobs even if it takes more time to get an offer unlike home care jobs.

NB; a major requirement for this care home link is covid vaccination certificate, ensure you have one pls.

Please I am interested in, can you please send me the links. my email address is:
cyber4tune@yahoo.com

Thanks in advance

Congrats.....make sure you only sign one offer and don't string employers on till COS stage. Note that multiple employers can not file COS for you at the same time.

Congrats ma'am. How una dey do am?
I have never gotten an interview from nhs talk more of offer. I don tire.
I got an offer from a care home..a conditional offer with a £10k clause(I will pay should I leave before the 3-year contract). That's scary.

I wish for an NHS offer so bad
