Ugwuanyi or whatever the fúck he calls himself is one of the most useless governors we have in Nigeria (only better than abia's governor by a bit). This guy surrounds himself with sycophants that licks his old black wrinkled ynash. Enugu is severely deteriorating; the roads and infrastructure. With it's population slowly but steadily exploding over the course of 6 years since I've been in Enugu, there's need for urban planning like bridges, road construction and amendment of those already existing, just take a ride from holy ghost to garriki.
