If it was a crime, why isn't anyone suing?

Why did twitter pull it down if it was not? Suing is at the prerogative of the author.

I'm not Pro-APC, nor Pro-Buhari. I know why i like Osinbajo, and it has nothing to do with tribe or political affiliation.
You're happy now, yeah?

An infringement is not a crime but it could have penalties.

In any case, is there a cease and desist letter ?

I'm sure there's none.

And yet you feel, seize and desist should even come up in the first place on matters of presidency despite hundred of aides?.. that would be extremely disgraceful. Am glad you accepted there would be penalties which can be described as punishment for breaking a law, rule or contract alongside crime.

whose tweet was deleted?

Your Vice President’s tweet got deleted.

Twitter doesn’t care if he’s yoruba or a Muslim. The reporter just succeeded in embarrassing her country.

Re-type comprehensibly, so I'll know how to reply you!
I mean if this can be excused as a mistake of VP's media team then almost all our leaders social media platforms are handled by media aides and should equally be excused in all their nonsensical publicity!

Either plagiarism, copyright infringement or intellectual theft they all have one thing in common... Theft...

In as much as the VP does not handle his social media accounts, it goes to show the level of incompetence amongst aides in such high level of office. As approval of the tweet would have definitely passed through various tables.

It is a matter of semantics.

The same as arguing that someone committed burglary but not robbery.

All na theft!

is the vice president u are referring to not your vice president? seems u arent proud of the man u are defending.

what has yoruba or muslim got to do with d discussion? if you say twitter doesnt care if "he’s yoruba or a Muslim", why should the reporter care any less?

if u say osinbajos tweet was deleted, how then did she embarass her country?

Infringements are not crimes.

You need to understand basic English before making arguments.

Oh yes he is my Vice President too as well as yours. I’m not defending any man, I’m defending my country. Twitter doesn’t care about your tribe or religion. They see you all as Nigerians.

That’s my point. A Nigerian vice president’s tweet got deleted by Twitter because a Nigerian reported the VPs tweet for wrongly using Beyoncé’s song. Nigerians rejoice.

It all reflects back on Nigeria and Nigerians. Keep it up. Keep dragging yourselves in the mud, it’s you (the common Nigerian) who will suffer for it, not Osinbajo.

As ignorant as ever. Copyright infringement is not theft you ignorant ipob. It is simply the use of an intellectual property without authorization from its owner.

You ignorant kids just come only, leave your brain behind wherever you're coming from, replace your minds with pdp/ipob junk, and then yap away like some programmed bot.
Stop entangling yourself in more complicated
show of crass ignorance, because you want to defend a politician who has rendered you schizophrenic.
Just read what you typed; very laughable

Are you brazenly defending fraud?..

Read the bolded on you comment with reasonable sense and call it what it is.. for an office of the VP, its outright disgraceful considering the litany of aides the said tweet had to go through.

Rambling about IPOB, calling people kids and whatnot is just childish defence for low IQ folks trying to clutch on straws because they know nothing and unwilling to learn. Emancipate yourself from asslicking irredeemably while learning to think and discern matters independently.
