There are a few things one needs to take note off while dealing with this case. The process of their breakthrough and the information passed out to others regarding it. 1. I don't think they are supposed to say "thank God for out miracle babies. They were born through IVF". It's not for the world to know if I gave birth via CS, vaginal, with the help of IVF, etc.

It won't be a secret from family and close friends and those are who matter. Besides I personally know 3 people who tried IVF and it failed after all the money spent.

Exactly! My family friend was told by one of the best doctors in one of the best centres that she wouldn't be able to carry the baby even if she tried IVF. She ended up getting pregnant and giving birth.
