Komekn's Iheanacho agenda would be hilarious if it wasn't so ridiculous.

KC that was one of the major contributing factors to Leicester City winning the FA Cup a flop? grin

Player of the month winner nko?

Warri Southgate cruise pass luxury ship.

andrewbaba44:

You still ended up saying nothing in this your long epistle that’s full of trash

Ko necessary oga kome ,your same old recycled words about hyping epl players who went to other leagues ,the best players in the epl are from other leagues ,just take note ,one of the best strikers in the epl history is aguero from other league who is better than many English striker ,if not all of them

You are very silly for thinking other European teams will pay nacho 20k a week ,I am talking about decent teams that nacho should join you are here talking about teams like Levante ,Sevilla leipzig will afford to pay KC ,is Roma not paying Tammy ? Tammy was not even active last season or half the player iheanacho was ,but he got a club but you think nacho won’t get a club

No European team will take nacho but European team will take Tammy who was not that active last season ,you are just too delusional

For your information KC is not a Leicester city flop and will never be regarded as one

You cap too much and you know nothing about football.

The hypocrite is jumping up and down now because Dennis (that one we all know na smokescreen) is doing well. Going as far as to say the SE should be built round Emmanuel but disappeared at the tail end of last season when KC served him fresh humble pie from the oven.

kingphilip:
ask him where he was last season when Nacho was scoring the goals?

After he'd tell you that in the here and now while when the player is doing okay in the here and now we won't see him to talk anything.

But make the player get rough patch, we'd see him consistent.

Nobody is saying Nacho is perfect, nobody is saying he shouldn't vary his game to fit into different styles of play, but for you to always come around and tell us a player cannot see a championship team to play for is not anything near constructive criticism.

That was how he said about Osimhen not seeing team Z of all clubs in the premier league then only for him to go into hiding when he started playing well and then bringing out the old tricks of here and now to deceive the gullible.

If in January Nacho moves, he'll tell you that based on what he saw in December and not like forever and his post is always looking foreverish.

This team should not be centered around any player. On current form, Iheanacho should not be getting call ups if he is unwilling to sit up and fight.

He plays very lethargic in the super eagles like he has arrived and doesn't have anything to prove. That drive died from November 2017 till after the WC, we don't see that anymore.

Let him revive himself and maybe what Eguavoen said should be worked on. Man looks positionally confused

Yes ofcos he is positionally confused, his time in Mancity does not help either, his knack for goals, had seen his pushed forward to the striking position, hence the position confusion,

if he can define his positional play, work on being good in it, then he can work on other positional plays

though he was an AM during his youthful days, with an eye for goals,

He's the one confusing himself. He can pick a position, stick to it and work towards being the best he can be in that position. Over the years, he's chosen to be a striker. Him underperforming is down to him, he won't be the first person or footballer to change position during the course of his career.

Liverpool's Alexander Arnold is a very good RB with good passing range that you could play him as a midfielder, yet he remained as right back and develop himself in that position. Even his defending has developed overtime compared to a year or two ago.

Nice video. It got a chance to give us a glimpse into Coach Eguavoen's understanding of the game. I wish he went a bit deeper into the tactical side of things but it showed he has a good grasp of the game.

One thing I liked about the video was getting to understand Zonal tactics. I have tried to understand it but Eguavoen did Justice in the video.

One thing we should expect is an improvement in our build up play.

We are going to play in an expansive pattern with our wingers gumming the offensive end.

Eguavoen wants flair and directness. I think he is going to go hard on Ndidi. He will want Ndidi to do more with ball and dictate play.

He might get something off Iwobi. He likes his creative midfielders operating from the deep.

One problem I had with the video is that a lot of the tactics he talked about relies on what the opponents bring to us. Which is we will play responsively.

He also did not talk about if we will press in our play.

Verdict:
I still feel Eguavoen is bringing some old school touch to the team. He believes we already have a strong blueprint and players that can fit into it.

I would prefer a more modern principle approach but Eguavoen has a closer understanding of the team.

Our coming style:
Eguavoen will want us to play a possessive and direct pattern.

Meaning we will use clever fluid play to break the shape of the opposition and exploit the spaces with speed, technique and intelligence.

I hope we know more from him but it was nice of Eguavoen to reach out to the public with what to expect.

Much respect Sir.

You like drawing controversy to yourself. grin

What is he doing in Championship if he is better? grin

Because in the first instance there are Championship clubs that pay EPL wages and can afford to keep their player's.

In the second instance he is contracted to Fulham who are not a small club. So even if he wanted a transfer, it would be declined.

Finally, Fulham are at the top of the Championship and will most likely be in the EPL next season. So why move ?

Another thing I enjoyed about the video is Eguavoen revealing Kanu Nwankwo almost made the USA 94 squad. That was shocking.

Then I also liked his point of when we play in a direct fashion, he needs all offensive players and support running at full speed.

That was nice to know.

You keep talking about wages

But if they tell you that's the reason Iheanacho still wants to stay at Leicester, you'd still find something else.

Your second sentence too, is Leicester a small club? Or if they don't think highly of Iheanacho, you think they would have given him a new contract?

Bros just stick to promoting your borough boys and stop downplaying others who aren't please.

Lol wetin u expect before?
4-4-2 isnt bad if you have technically sound midfielders, also the overload on the wings is an added advantage, personally i feel its a nice formation if we get a good cm to pair ndidi..
Iheanacho/iwobi as ss
Ejuke and samu on both flanks, oshimen wouldnt be short of supplies

this is why a player like Alhassan Yusuf will be good for Central Midfield. He is a natural cm.
From the little i have seen of Alhassan Yusuf, he is like the Ogenyi Onazi of 2013/2014 who collected the midfield from pogba
in the world cup and won the nations cup.
With Iwobi as a support striker,
he can drop back in midfield and make it a 4 3 3 and then go into attack mode again to change to 4 4 2.
A player like nwakali will also be good as he can play cm and support striker at the same time.
The second striker can be anything from a cm to an am or even Sadiq Umar with his creativity will be a good support striker.
Not to talk of Aribo.
4 4 2 can be like 4 4 1 1 or 4 3 3 depending on the personel.

Newcastle are dreaming where Tosin is concerned , they are one of the favourites to be relegated . On the other hand Fulham are favourites to be promoted, why would he leave.

Newcastle need to look elsewhere maybe other teams in the Championship or a top team in league one with good central defender.

Tosin will currently walk in to several EPL clubs , he has not declared interest in Nigeria yet. Because right now he is ABSOLUTELY better than all the current CB's in the SE.
Thank God say I get cable TV wey I dey use watch this guy play. Oluwa thank you oh. Absolutely better than all SE CB's indeed. Na Baresi him be.

Even as he believed that wisdom and knowledge is reserved for him alone in this thread,
yet he won't actually consider what's impotent in relative to what he was dragging about.

He was actually trying to tell us that iheanacho have been ''unable'' to score goals.
