The CEO did not state how much he pays him. The salary fit no pass 25k per month and him no go pay till like 10th of the new month.

1 day guard and 2 night guards.
The funny thing is that, you can't always cheat nature during the night no matter how hard you try some times and that is why it is recommended that there be 2 guards always on night guard duties.

You pay someone 18k and you expect him to work round the clock. Body no be firewood oga get another security guard and make their duties a shift then you can query them if they sleep unnecessarily.

As someone that has done night security work I feel for the security guy. Security work is the most useless thing ever.
I remember at a point when I was at my lowest I went and applied for a security job paying 25k a month. It was going great until they took us to the estate we'd be guarding and brought pump action rifles for each one of to be using during night duty. Mind you they didn't mention before taking us there that the area was plagued with kidnappers and cultists until we were already there. Needless to say some of us (we were 10) left immediately the next morning. I didn't think I had much of a choice, so I stayed. Holding a gun without proper training on how to use it for several months... I was lucky I didn't mistakenly shoot anyone or get shot mistakenly, there were many missfores and close calls among us but God protected me till I left that place. It was in Eleme, Port Harcourt by the way

I dont agree. Sleeping on duty as a security man is not appropriate, thats complete negligence of duty.....Sharing the security mans pictures online can turn against him and even affect his business, if na who get him time e do am with....He will pay money, and his business will still take some blow...The lesser eveil is for him to act professional, do what needs to be done away from the social media

Most of these security men are being payed ridiculous amount.. so they get more than one job.. day and night..it is well
