As a newbie, i embark on tracking dstv today.
i use 12245v27499 to track it, my lnbf was at 9 o'clock.



i actually hit green(82%) but when i blind scan, i was seeing startimes channels only. i plug a dstv decoder and it refuse to work too.

pls what am i doing wrong here?

If that doesn't work reload the firmware
If it doesn't work, return the STB

Satellite decoder will not scan channels by itself. You need to blindscan manually except you are using gotv, dstv or startimes

No. Do this first. Delete all the channels both tv and radio on the decoder. Then do factory reset before you scan it again. It should be able to accommodate the channels. If it persists, it means the Decoder is suffering from Memory loss. The RAM is bad

I bought the hellobox 6 recently just went to off to standby mode and refused to on again while I went to their site freed,vb,com and there were many cases of their decoders going off to standby mode

Check konga for dontelsat, f1 turbo or 4954h all are h265

Go for Csat c8 pro. You can also go for Our TV which can be used for FTA. There are some others like Helio box but are more expensive.

Go for Strong SRT4954H; it's about 14k in the market.

Don't bother yourself, it's no longer available. I also doubt if it's showing on any C-band that covers W/Africa. It used to be on MyTv Pay satellite till they went off on September 1st.
