Mainly bitter leaf, cocoyam, ogiri Igbo. E dey make sense with goat meat.

Oga, you should be arrested for overloading your vehicle of afang with too many passengers, especially in this era! You smell like a Yahoo boy!

Recipe looks fine for the palates. But your waterleaf is way more than the quantity of Afang you used and I must confess, that defies the originating rules of the soup, as laid down by the Efiks and Ibibios!

Next time, reduce the waterleaf and use a bit more oil. Then don't forget the periwinkle, very important!

Ibibio people call it Afang. Vegetables are called by different names by different tribes. Beside this is a delicacy mostly enjoyed by Efik and Ibibio people.
