I've seen lots of people taking action bitters, both young and old, including men and women. I've heard stories that it gives additional strength to men, I've also heard it reliefs menstrual cramp to women seeing there period.

So my question is, to those who take it - why do you take it and what benefit do you derive or get from it? Are there also other brands or alternatives that are in the same category with action bitters?

As the name implies "Action" the thing dey turn me to "Actor" for "Action" flim, & I dey always beat "Boss" hands down.
From experience, after taking this bitters for sometime, I notice that my " Moses Rod " become firm & thick, always ready for "Acton" it also wash aways some Jedi Jedi out of my system.
I stopped taking it because of the acholic content, then I option for the non- alcoholic ones.
Note: when taking this bitters, try to dilute with either little soda of juice to surpress the hard nature of the substance for your liver& kidney sake.

Well as for me, alcohol drains my strength so I don't take it.
