TUOladeinde: The bolded is an issue. As an applicant with at least a year experience, you are expected have your own bank statement included in your application which should house at least your living expense of $10,000 while your sponsor's bank statement can have your tuition or more in his/her account. Every other item yu pointed out seems good and accurate therefore please do the same in your reapplication. Yes, you can reapply once the gcms note is out as it will help you greatly in addressing the visa officer's refusal concerns and your reapplication. You can reapply alone while your family stands in as your hometies. 1 Like |

TUOladeinde: Also the bolded apart from what my boss @Anon has pointed out could also be a problem. Now the fixed investment was it used as home ties or POF? If it is pof then their might be an issue becos they would prefer to have it as a liquid capital that can be utilized to enhance ur finances. Now you can get a letter from the place where the investment is fixed to show that it can be converted to cash anytime it is needed. Another angle too is for the kids accomplying you did you include their finances with ur POF? As at now, i think for other provinces aside quebec u need 4k each for each child so that 8k cad in addition to your 10k for living expenses and if in quebec you need 10k for the two kids plus ur 11k living expenses which will amount to 21k for living expenses alone then your fees for tuition as well as flight and others which is termed as others and this is around 3k cad. Haven said all these, the best way to know the exact angle to tackle this is ur GCMS notes that would really give a clear pointer to the issues. 1 Like |

matthew080:A lump-sum payment is an amount paid all at once, as opposed to an amount that is divvied up and paid in installments. |

Hello everyone, please I need your opinions and possible solutions on this. Early 2020 my uncle introduced my parents to a Canada travel agent who collected 300k to help me do student visa. He only took my passport details and family details, and didn't ask for any of my documents I did biometrics few weeks after he started and for good 10 months he didn't give me any feedback but just kept saying they haven't sent a response due to covid 19 I got tired of waiting around then reached out to someone who advised me to send an email to Canada embassy and explain everything cos I do actually have my application number I did send the email and two days after I received a response with a letter attached in it, they've refused my student visa since April 2020 which was barely a month after I did biometrics and this bastard agent kept me in the dark, that was when I knew he had finessed me (it was a generic refusal by the way). It was a whole lotta drama after that which is not even pertinent to why I'm here. Fast forward, I asked the agent to give me the whole details he used for my application, he printed it out for me and I went through everything, could you believe this bastard agent filled Lautech for me in my educational background meanwhile I didn't go to lautech but finished from another university. He probably used fake docs to secure admission for me, i dont even know. Now if I wanna apply again, I dont know how to go about it because they already have that information the agent put down which is wrong PS: I have my gcms notes Thank you. 5 Likes |

Hello Dopekid I am not surprised about this at all, as we all know how terrible these agents can be.. Imagine paying a sum of 300k to him and getting a refusal barely a month after and keeping it from you after several months, it is really annoying.. Please be sure it wasn't a Ban you got though, cos like you said he submitted fake documents for you, even using a school you didn't attend in your Visa application.. Submitting fake documents and also having misinterpretation in your application are factors that lead to a Ban... So do your homework and make sure it wasn't a Ban you were given. If not, be thankful and make sure you get all the documents and other information this wicked agent submitted with your application... Make sure you do this before replying, so you won't complicate issues and eventually get a Ban.. You said you have gotten your GCMS notes, do well to drop it here, so we can help you interpret it and know the way forward... Peace Dopekidd: 4 Likes |

Osemigho: I understand, promoting illegalities should be frowned against, while most people might get lucky, some people might be really unfortunate if they try to do any advertised illegality |

Hello Tuoladeinde As an applicant, why didn't you submit your Statement of Account.. Anyways,When your GCMS notes is out, make sure to drop it here.... Let's work with facts and not assumptions... Peace TUOladeinde: |

Hello everyone, I would appreciate if you cud please share your thoughts with me on this issue. I have been expecting my PPR from the Canadian embassy for over one month. I passed the Medicals and my profile was updated since October 23. Since then, I have been waiting to receive PPR. Most of the people who did the Medicals at the same time as I did have received PPR. I am considering raising a GCMS note but would like to hear your thoughts on these. Are there other options I can explore to get an update on my application? Thank you. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by skull4eva: 2:35am On Dec 24, 2021 |
Dopekidd:As advised by @makano please check very very well to know the details of the whole initial application, then send ur gcms notes here to be disected by the gurus then you can now start from there. But be sure to brace youself up that you will definitely write a strong LOE to explain the disperity else, they might see it as misrepresentation and probably issue a procedural fairness letter which if not responded to can lead to a 5 year ban. Nevertheless, as it stands now with good guide and doing things right you can get a study permit as well just put yourself together and start with the initial step of getting all the details. Please i know it hurts but even if it takes you going to speak calmly to the agent to get these initial details it is worth it. |
