As advised by @makano please check very very well to know the details of the whole initial application, then send ur gcms notes here to be disected by the gurus then you can now start from there. But be sure to brace youself up that you will definitely write a strong LOE to explain the disperity else, they might see it as misrepresentation and probably issue a procedural fairness letter which if not responded to can lead to a 5 year ban. Nevertheless, as it stands now with good guide and doing things right you can get a study permit as well just put yourself together and start with the initial step of getting all the details. Please i know it hurts but even if it takes you going to speak calmly to the agent to get these initial details it is worth it.

I don't think the applicant can do anything to change it. The agent already signed the application as the applicant. So any conflicting story might lead to a ban. If the candidate was not banned in the last application, it might be better to try another country like the UK with genuine documents. The applicant must also report the refusal to UK. A refusal doesn't affect too much. Na to mention the visa officer reasons for the refusal.

Thank you. IRCC sent me medical request which I did, passed and it was uploaded to my account since October 23. 2021. My problem now is that they havent given me PPR yet and it is over a month. I want to follow up on the application through the most effective way. What channel do you recommend that I use ?

What a wrong period to get a refusal, but at the same time, you need to put this aside and enjoy your holidays..

It's just a refusal and not a Ban or a death of a loved one, so cheer up.. You will smile at last..

As it is our tradition here after a refusal, order for your GCMS notes, no matter how long it will take, it will be very useful for your re-application.. You cant totally work with these generic refusal reasons, we need to know what exactly the Visa officer wasn't convinced about.. SO order for your GCMS notes, and when it's ready, drop it here...

I will interpret the notes for you or any of the knowledgeable ones here... And I believe when you follow instructions and re-apply, you will get your Visa..

So cheer up and break Chicken or Turkey bones tomorrow with some chilled drinks....

If you are fully vaccinated. You are not required to fully quarantine. Have a quarantine plan in place, you will be tested on your arrival to Canada, once negative, you are a free bird but this might take up to three days, hence the need for a quarantine plan.

It's okay if you are single and have no dependents. It's okay if it will cover for your second yr fees and living expenses, otherwise up the account balance.

I had money in my 4 million in my account . And I had paid my first year fees...

I don’t think it’s about your Health. I was also refused based on personal asset and financial status. Reason been that some funds are available but they are not sure if the funds will the sufficiently available for me throughout my entire program. My uncle was my sponsor. Paid my full tuition for my whole course, I also had about 14,000CAD in my own personal account and my sponsor had about 40m though he used his company’s account.

What I did differently.
I got a reference letter from his bank stating he is the sole signatory to the account
Provided evidence of past sponsorship as his company sponsored my university education and several screenshots of money he has sent me for the past 2yrs I attached about 20 receipts.
I used my mum as a co sponsor this time. Submitted her business documents, properties, statement of account and some other supporting documents.

Please does this mean eligibility has started. If yes, how many days, weeks abi months does it take to move to the next stage.
