if you wanted to process panama visa you need to go panama embassy in south Africa or morocco or Egypt apply your visa when l got my visa l went to Morocco at embassy of panama got my visa, there visa not real hard also them process it one weeks after arrival in panama you apply for resident permit if your permit approval it is 5 years resident permit there resident permit process last one month before got approval them you can work or doing your business many work is here

Sorry but I didn't travel from Nigeria/Benin. If you want to leave from Nigeria/Benin you can take a connection flight from Lagos or Cotonou to New York/Atlanta/Toronto and take a final flight to Mexico. This would be feasible if you have a valid US/Canada visa so you don't have to apply for a Mexico visa if your purpose is to visit Mexico.
