Una dey help that grown man misbehave... Stop giving me any dime, let him learn to take responsibilities... He refused to work because he has somewhere to lay his head and food to eat... Above all he needs a psychologist or a good clergy man to help his mental state because he's losing it

A man who can set 70k on fire in this hard time can kill. He's suffering from entitlement mentality.

Good day nairalanders. Season greetings to y'all. I'm so angry right now. Please I need mature advice.

My father is not a learned person but he make sure all his children are graduates. My younger brother(last born and only son) rounded up his Nysc few months ago, we're just 2 girls. My elder sis and I. My elder sis is a nurse in Austria (3 years now), she's married with a kid in Austria. My big sister send money home once in 3 months, and I have been the one receiving the money. I share the money exactly as instructed by my big sis. I have never cheated anyone, Infact my Dad and Big sis communicate very well. My Dad trust me so much.

My younger brother is always angry, He said he feel cheated all the time. He shouts and talks to me anyhow like I'm his mate.
Honestly speaking, I gave my younger brother more love and respect that he could ever imagine. When he was serving, he would call telling me he need 10k urgently, sometimes 20k, that he will pay back. Immediately I will send it to him and he would never pay back. Same thing he does to my father.
If we ask him what's he using his allawee for?? He would angrily say so is becus we're sending him "chicken change" that's why we're asking jamb questions.

He said we don't regard him, he called my Dad a SIMP, he said my Dad listen more to my big sis and I....but he don't listen to any of his suggestions.

My brother is a 2:1 (second class upper) graduate in economics from UNIBEN. After his Nysc all he does is to sleep and eat. My Dad's good friend told my brother to come to Lagos and resume work with him. He refused. My Dad ask him if he wants to further his education (masters or professional courses)he said no....Okay follow my Dad to his cement shop and help him (my dad even promised to pay him salary) he refused....I overheard him on a call with a friend and i suspect he's now into yahoo yahoo.

Look at what happened. My big sis sent us money yesterday to celebrate this festive period. She said I should give my brother 50k, I should take 80k and give my father the rest (abt 250k). My Dad is always aware of everything.
I even added 20k out of my money and I transferred 70k to my brother, I was left with 60k (becus she also sent me hair and I plan to sell it becus I already had enough). You can imagine this ungrateful idiot started insulting me, that I cheated him. the fool angrily withdrawn the money from his account and SET IT ON FIRE (70k). He called my elder sister and started warning her saying "if he can't receive the money henceforth, she should stop sending him money again that he's the man of the house".
My Dad gave him a resetting, resounding, hot and dirty slaps. He pulled out a knife, deflated my Dad's car tyres and ran away from the house.

Everyone is not happy. I don't want my brother to live a wayward life. He's 24 years old. Please nairalanders Help!

My question is this, how did your parents raised him? Was he pampered cause he is the only male child? Most African parents are guilty of this not all.
What i see here is a child that was over pampered.

I will advise you stay away from him cause such a brother can harm. But still continue to pray for him.

Note: Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it

We make a living by what we earn, we make life by what we give.

Merry Christmas and a blessed 2022

Am sorry to say that your family has failed in giving the idiot a good home training. Because he's the only son your parents refused to train him rather over pampered him while training the ladies because they would marry. For your information the guy is already keeping bad friends and in no distance time the results will start coming. But first of all you guys should make him pay for burning 70k. That's someonw 2/3 months salaries.

That you are broke and can’t take some sick steps doesn’t mean other broke people can’t do worse and pretend to be ok with their actions.

Don’t hurriedly call the story fake.

Skyflygang2:
He set 70k on fire..

This story is fake..

No one in this present Nigeria can set 50 naira on fire talkless of 70k.

1k notes x 70 pieces or

500 naira notes x 140 pieces

Fake story rubbish

You guys have over pampered him because he is the only son, you over indulged him and now he has gone wayward. He is 24 you can't do much now. Stop stressing yourself over another adult, let him love his life the way he wants to live it... Trust me there is nothing you can do...

My dear. Let him be. I've heard stories like dis a million and one times. Don't try to help or save him. I'm sure u guys indulged and accomodated his dirty habits all this while and it accumulated to what u r facing now. Let him face d world on his own. If he comes back to his family; fine. If he doesn't just keep praying for him. But do not send money for him or try to bring him bak into d family except he is remorseful.

The plain truth is that your brother altitude show that he was in cult back in school

And you know what?
some of you must have suspected that but wave it aside

If you are not married yet, please try to make him happy by not removing his name from your name when you finally get married (this is a secret behind wanting a male child by force)

And for your brother, he's blind and i pray he regain his sight because him still be cult member

This attitude of his has been happening for a long time but you kept quiet coz y'all see him as the king. while serving, you still send him money what for? He never told you, instead he said 'chicken change' & you still worship him.

See, showing love to him is okay but acting gullibly to his wishes is wrong, if he want to be Yahoo Yahoo, let him be, if he choose to be sleeping at home as well also, let him be, some relatives are worst than the enemies we pray against..

I Know you care about him but stop allowing him to ride over you all including your dad, haba, that's so so wrong, your father!!

I will only advice you to keep praying for him & always tell him that whenever he need someone to talk to you are always available & you love him but DONT EVER TRY TALK TO HIM FALSELY OUT OF CONCERN OR WORRY, he's no more a boy Sis. He will be fine. Trust me.

Laslas remember, every man for himself.

Are you done? You've just typed rubbish all in the name of contribution. Whether you are male or female, nobody owes you a damn thing in this life. A 24 year old is a full grown adult, nobody owes him a damn thing, the father loved him enough to send him to higher institution, he could have learned a trade or an agbero yet the poor man chose to spend his hard earned money to give this ungrateful bastard a chance at a good future.

Man of the house? Who dash monkey Versace? Man of the house is not by mouth but by example, some females are more useful than males, some females are more of learship material than some males, your genitals does not give you any inherent right, so stop that nonsense talk, person wey dem suppose carry go army cantonment for proper baptism, you dey yarn encouragement.....Spits!

If there is any insult I give to ur post, leave it follow me, But if there is insult in urs, I stand under God's Grace to command them back to you in Jesus name...Amen.

How can u feel wen u see ur blood be beaten up in any army cantonment because of his inappropriate life?

Are u normal at all?

Ur own blood fa. Habaa... Your broda needs ur help as a sister so as to change from that improper behaviour and you are here to neglect him. Ask yourself. Is dat leadership?

A man cannot be a husband without a wife and a woman cannot be a wife without her husband.

A person cannot be a man of the house without your help as a woman/sister of the house. He is there and connected to you because time is coming wen he needs you. Now it's the time and you are giving up?

He's not my blood but please and please let him not be lost.

A man cannot be a broda without his siblings and u cannot be referred as a sister without him or odas calling you sister.

Somehow somehow, you guyz are connected by blood for a reason. Don't tell me that God made a mistake for making you his senior blood sister.

He needs everyone in the family as far as this life is concern.

You have called him your younger brother, then be a senior sister to him in this life.

If u think am lying, ask those dat are the only child in the family. Who can call them brother or sister in that family?

I don't mean to insult you but don't try to bring out the spirit/beast in me or anyone. Be caring and loving to him in terms of your words and deeds as ur blood.
It's very important.

Think well God pikin.

If u know dat God love u, then u are required to love odas. Don't allow hatred or anger exist. It destroys or damages. I am man ooo. If u want him to grow up, teach/train him as your younger brother as he is to u.

Let Love Lead...

The way your parent render help to u to grow up and u become responsible, then do it to him. He needs you now more than ever.

Please be cool with him and reason with him. Talk, ask, mingle and help him.

I believe it will yield a good and best result in his life. So dat if you look at him in the future, u will love the brother you want.

I never meant to insult you but use your words wisely.

because I cool, doesn't mean I can't insult u heavily.
