Optimistguy1969: Is the birth of Jesus Christ in the Bible? So, what do you mean by saying there's no Christmas in the Bible? On the day you call pagan day, Christians have redeemed the day and now celebrate the Son of God on the day instead of celebrating an idol. Many of you lack proper understanding 11 Likes |

THAT IS HER OPINION. I USED TO HAVE SUCH HER MAKE BELIEF NOTION BEFORE, BUT DISCOVERED THAT AFRICAN CHRISTIANS ARE Generally SADIST.IN AFRICA,THEY DONT CELEBRATE FROM JAN TO DEC YEARLY,IF NOT FOR OYIBO THAT INVENTED ALL THESE THINGS TO MAKE LIFE FUN AFTER HUSTLES,AFTER ALL AFRICANS STILL BELONG TO CAVES AND FORESTS BY PSYCHY. WHY DO YOU CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR DAY? IS IT IN THE HOLY BOOK? WHY DO YOU CELEBRATE MOTHERS DAY? IS IT IN D HOLY BOOK? WHY DO YOU CELEBRATE FATHERS DAY? IS IT IN HOLY BOOK? OYIBO FIX ONE DAY TO CELEBRATE CHRIST WORLDWIDE AND THEY ARE BETTER OF ACROSS HUMAN RACE WITH SUPER DEVELOPMENT AND CIVILIZATION. IS ONLY THE LIVING THAT CELEBRATE. CHRISTMAS IS A UNIVERSAL CELEBRATION,IS OPTIONAL TO JOIN OR MISS OUT.DONT SERMONIZE IT 5 Likes 1 Share |

saddler: The audacity with which you made this remark as a fact is what is bewildering, and there’s a high chance you came up with this conclusion because it was not recorded in the Bible. If so, then following the same elements in your logic, Christ never ate breakfast because there was no record of it in the Bible. 4 Likes |

SaintBishop:. True Christians worship God everyday. A day is not tagged as special for worshipping God. If Sunday is chosen it is that it's the most convenient time for many , other days within the week are used as well. |

saddler: Jesus Christ was not married. So why should Christians marry? The Lord blessed the Sabbath and commanded us to rest and honour Him on the Sabbath day (I.e Saturday). Why have Christians changed the Sabbath day to Sunday? If you cannot answer these two questions satisfactory, then your initial point is pointless! 3 Likes |

I read a very interesting article, "The Untold Truth about Christmas. Why I stopped celebrating Christmas" https://lilianel.home.blog/2019/11/07/christmas/ The article cites bible verses and historical facts about the Christmas feast. If you worry about celebrating Christmas, I think you should read this article and judge for yourself. |

PARADIZEPRIEST:. It should be sermonized because it's a believe held by many about a renowned bible character. Celebrating it serve to defame the character Jesus . He never did his birthday and no true Christian after him did. Why now ? |

There are people who have a particular place they worship their idol or make contact with satan. However after giving their life to Jesus and seeing the love shown them by Christ in rescuing them from hell. They'll convert that same same spot to the worship of God who truly deserve it. So what's the ado, if the people of the world can pick a day as ridiculous as 'no bra day' to call awareness to breast cancer whereby many women go through the day not wearing bra, and a lot other days dedicated by United Nations for similar celebrations. Why is it to be counted as strange thing if a day is dedicated to reminisce on the love and wisdom of God, wherein a saviour was given to rescue humanity from mass destruction in hell occasioned by his willful disobedience. Even if such day was initially dedicated to celebration of nonentity spirits, but here the error is realized and it is now dedicated to the celebration of the real owner. Colossians 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. 5 Likes 1 Share |

saddler: Where the ass this came from is just so dumb. If you fail to understand Man makes history and and stick to it as a remembrance ,then you will be going around looking for what isn't lost. Get a hold of yourself with Jesus nor his disciples not celebrating Xmas. Only important informations where documented and the fixtures of date was done In order to make the Sequential planning of events in the Holy Catholic Church easy. It wasn't just fixed as assumed without proper study of events. To make it easy liturgical seasons in western Christianity are Advent, Christmas, Ordinary Time (Time after Epiphany), Lent, Easter, and Ordinary Time (Time after Pentecost). This arrangements governs the Catholic Church with its dressing codes and practically everything. 4 Likes 1 Share |

All these catholic people should stop quoting me. Non-Catholic Christians are opening their eyes everyday to see the paganism the catholic church introduced into Christianity. Very soon only Catholics will celebrate Christmas |

Optimistguy1969:the date wasn't giving but he was celebrated on his birth day.. if a shrine can be converted to a church and people worship him there likewise a pagan day can be converted to a Christian day.. the reason for the season is Christ. keyword Christmas not panganMas 1 Like 1 Share |
