DubaiLandLord: Only a FOOL would label these people as miscreants. 1. Barr. Uche I. Okwukwu— Secretary-general, Ọhaneze Ndị Igbo. 2. Dr. Obi Wali— First Ikwere man to hold PhD, minority rights activist, distinguished senator, literary scholar. The only Ikwere man in the 1978 Constituent Assembly and one of the 50 Wise Men to draft the 1979 constitution. Until death, he fully indenfied himself as onye Igbo and defended it at all cost. 3. Chief Joseph Wobo— member of the Council of Chiefs of Eastern Nigeria. He's an Ikwere man and always proud of his Igbo heritage. 4. Chief Isaac Wonwu— An Ikwere man from Elele who served as Secretary-General of Ọhaneze Ndị Igbo. 5. Sir Jackson Mpi—the first and last Ikwere man to be conferred with Knights of the Order of British Empire, OBE by Queen Elizabeth II in England, 1960. He's from Isiokpo and identified himself as onye Igbo. He worked for the advancement of Igbo course. 6. Chief Jackson Womenazu— He's a member of the Elders of Council, Ọhaneze Ndị Igbo. From Rumukrushi in the Evo quarters. 7. Emmanuel Aguma— the former Mayor of Port Harcourt. The first Ikwere man to head a college. The first Ikwere man to be made a minister in 1979. He's a member of the Ọhaneze Ndị Igbo. Very proud of his Igbo Identity. 8. All these write ups will not solve anything. You have elders, Igbo elders forum can link up with the Ikwerrres and have a two week workshop/seminar. All these can be straightened out via dialogue. All these blackmail by Igbos or denial by Ikwerres helps no one. |

Investigative: Bonny n Opobo are Ijaw territories. Nothing you write here or say here wud change that. Bonny n Opobo don't bear Ibo names, their villages don't have Ibo names. They address their king as Amanyanabo and not Eze or Obi. Bonny n Opobo people are good swimmers, ibos are scared of water. Jaja was an Ibo man.....Yes Jaja named the town he found Opobo, was that an Ibo name....,No Jaja has children....Yes, do they have Ibo names...No Is there any Ibo youth group in bonny or opobo, No. Is there Ijaw youth groups in bonny n Opobo, Yes. Do Bonny n Opobo people see themselves as ibo, No. Do they see themselves as Ijaw...Yes Has the OP seen any Ibo man from bonny or Opobo.....No. Cos no such person exist. In conclusion, Bonny n Opobo territories are Ijaws. 1 Like |

SaintBishop: The miscreants are done making noise about bonny n Opobo, now they have faced Ikwerre. There are problems facing them in their god forsaken land, but they wud rather talk about other tribes than talk on how to promote the Ibo race. Yeye people. Just give them 2weeks, all this noise about Ikwerre being Ibo wud die down. Bunch of idiots. Ph is 100% Ibo, just imagine that rubbish gutter talk. When even the ikwerres know where their boundary stops. Enugu man wan teach me my history. Ipob miscreants on the loose. 2 Likes |

Investigative: Deceive who, you?? You are a miscreant, only noise you can make. Ibo lands begins and end in the 5 eastern states. Any other thing you are thinking is wishful. Continue, that was how Ojukwu started, and I believed you know how it ended for him. Rather mending fences, you all are on the loose looking for trouble. Well, I know it ends here in nairaland, no where the matter reach. Make Una continue. |

Your first mistake is using the Word "ikwerre" what is ikwerre? The Igbo people are not limited the 5 eastern states. Nobody want to identify with you guys. There are Igbos everywhere in Nigeria and other African countries. Stop the ownership of the Igbo origin. Just like the Yoruba, Fulani,Nupe, ijaws, Benis. etc. So eastern Nigeria should stop the nonsense of ownership of others. |
