Let me give u interesting funny weird incident.
Yesterday went to an event with my mum @ lagos airport hotel .
It was strictly by invitation.
My dad after church said he wanted to go home. So i used his invitation card.
My dad said he would drop my wife n kids home b4 going home.
Drove thru agege via akanni Doherty road.
Anyway, got there
Met hefty looking bouncers & 2 "beautiful " ushers
Took us to seat,
Since then one of them refused to leave me oh.
She stood at my side,
Hitting me with het backside severally, event bent down to hit me severally,
Initially i thought they were mistakes oh as a result of dancing until i felt brest on the top of my head,
She said " sorry" about once or twice.
All these while my mum was still on the same table adjacent to me.
I had to be dancing on my seat and feign ignorance of what has happening as i wondered what was the cause , i even tried to remember what soap i used in bathing (who cut soap for me).
If not that i am more pope than pope191 , i for take am up from there but i am a good boy abi man.
Abeg who cut this kin soap for me.
Tried to take pictures of how close she was.
Imagined if my wife was there, she won't take it lightly nor would this lady have the mind.
I left after some sorvernier were served.

If u have experienced such, let me know what caused it

Lol...

Olosho work is now becoming lucrative and prudent ooh
You need to see the way these ladies carry this olosho work with much dignity and pride in fact it's becoming elegant for them to be call olosho.
See how they flaunt themselves on WhatsApp status, FB, Instagram and others you'll begin to wonder weather we now have a course called oloshology in our tertiary schools.

Can imagine one called me early this morning inviting me over to ikorodu all the way from AB city, you why you no fit come? Even her mum self was speaking on the background that I should remember her for give away.

Holy ghost fire kill u and ur olosho daughter dia!

I just wonder what this country would be lile in 10-15yrs to come.

Yahoo
Olosho
Drugs
Gambling

Almost every Nigerians is involve in one of these social life.

It's heart bugging

Not always true , we just find ways to reduce it. For example my 2 weeks stay at EKO hotel will be used as part of my business expenses... We just find ways to reduce the amount of tax we pay .

If you are Uber Partner or Driver in Lagos, kindly share your experience here:

- Considering the unpredictable traffic situation in some parts of Lagos, is it lucrative?
- How much on the average do you make weekly, cworking from morning till evening daily excluding weekends?
- What are the challenges specific to Lagos with being a partner or driver with Uber?
- Would you recommend a friend to be a partner with Uber.
- Any other useful info...

I need this survey/shared experience because I have thought of being a partner with Uber. I have a driver that is assigned to my family. My family's daily itinerary is fixed and this makes my driver and my car idle from 8am to 8pm daily. Registering the car and the driver with Uber has been considered to roll extra bucks into the family's purse and increase my driver's take-home as he will get commission from money made from Uber, apart from the salary he is being paid presently.

Your comments will be appreciated!

Most of these car owners don't know the differences between a good sounding car from a bad 1. According to them once water is dripping from the tail pipe of the car , the engine is very ok ....... grin

Finally, I was wondering when Dru would join the moment oil discussion started.

Good evening, brother. How much gas did your car consume on the to and fro level?
I mean like how much fuel, using the hours spent to and fro?
I'm on learning mode, brother.
I hope you're not trying to compare what amount of fuel he used will also fetch you driving on UberBolt?

No be me start the discussion .. I just added my 2cent to it and you notice I didn't elaborate about any oyel matter.......

Meself no send again, if car owners like make dey use 20w50, monograde oyel, palm oyel , palm wine etc . na their business Las Las na them go suffer the consequences..

Car parts and engine cost for market now . na so 1 guy for cartalk section talk his manual compressor has been working fine for past many months now .
we had this discussion about 1 week ago . And about 3 days ago , the guy talk say compressor pack up. A/c man wan relay wire whatever that means. And he no get money etc . And na 1 other talk he has been using 20w50 since 2018 with no problem.. By the time engine pack up unexpectedly and 400k plus to replace engine .. Na that time he go know say khaki no be leather.

And the so called Tokunbo engine or parts u no fit tell the difference again. Make everyone hold themselves this 2022 will be a bumpy ride with the economy in the USA and around......

And funny enough this is the time all my uber drivers are doing well. Everybody is on their best behaviour e be say this pandemic and economy has humble many people to sit tight...

Nobody smiling anymore especially car owners .. U complain too much after paying 25k rental and me doing 100% maintenance . I go tell you to park my car and I can't come and kill myself. Problem no dey finish

Well it is a win win deal for everyone. Those civic no dey require too much maintenance. So I don't spend much on maintenance .. Keep in mind the Honda civic was design by the Japanese has a low maintenance vehicle . Just do the basic and use the recommended ATF and u be ok ....
I had a few that I had to change the transmission, but other than they are good cars .. Even the the one 1 of my ex driver called sludge infested engine is still on the road. The are good cars if you can get a good 1 and maintain it .

Honestly I am still a learner when it comes to car stuffs and fuel consumption too. But what I know was that my fuel was little above half tank when I started the journey and I bought 4,500 fuel again and still had like quarter tank left after the journey. My calculation was based on the fuel guage on the dashboard and might not be totally correct.
