U might say he was rude but the company was also rude to have kept him waiting. The attitude of employers and HR to ask people to come for interview at 10am and interview won't start until 12 or 1pm, is very unethical and unprofessional. The fact that people are looking for work doesn't mean their time shouldn't be respected. The same company/employer or HR that can't keep to interview time that it set, will be harassing it's staff for late coming. What type of hypocrisy is that?

There's nothing wrong in putting the salary of the job in the job advert. It makes it easier for both the applicant and the employer. All these stupid question of how much do we pay u when u no how much u want to pay doesn't make sense. If u can pay 100k and the employee tells u 600k, will it make any difference?

So because he is looking for a job, the recruiters have the right to waste his time and not respect him? Very funny. The guy was even polite, I will walk out exactly 15 minutes after the scheduled time; thank God I am not desperate and currently have a job.

Arrogant for calling out lateness on the part of recruiters?
Arrogant for expressing his displeasure at them not disclosing the pay when they knew they were hiring for experienced class, knowing fully well money will be the deciding factor for many applicants?

I'm sure the applicant has taught the recruiter one or two lessons so they can do better next time.

...but the advert did not say that Hiring Manager and the Recruiters may come late for the interview.
We are not time conscious in this country. We waste so much valuable time.
The guy spoke like someone who has lived in Western country.

Post your range of remuneration so that you will reduce the number of applicants which will in turn save company time and expenses.
Just like my company that offers free transportation (to&fro) and free lunch to all invited applicants throughout till a candidate(s) is/are selected, they have to give out all necessary information in order to avoid having too many unqualified/uninterested applicants.

So because u want to hire someone, you will decide to mske urself look like a god first.

"You're lying" and "that's not completely true" are two sentences that mean the same thing but one sounds more respectfully.

This doesn't mean the company wasn't wrong for wasting his time, but he should take that feedback positively. BTW, I'm sure the job seeker wouldn't reply to a multinational like that anyways.
