contacted already and once he gives it a tracking number,without necessarily shipping, I’ll mark it as received immediately for his payment to be released , that’s what I suggested.

There's a reason why people pay for AESS and cainiao options are said to be untracked. Pay for shipping and let it be delivered to you or go for cheap and wait for NIPOST delivery.

If you must gamble to use cainiao, be sure your PO is responsive.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to a better NIPOST in a few weeks.

Good day guys, this is a quick guide or help. Cause I did it. For some of of who have used singapost and haven't gotten out parcels. We can @ them on their social media accounts to quicken things.
Their dms are closed but if u @ them, they canooen their dms for u once they see u have tagged them.

If u're shopping on banggood, please make sure u buy full insurance or u risk losing ur money. Most sellers will not ship without full insurance and they'll send u a fake tracking number, and u'll end up either losing dispute or getting 30-40% refund, so be wise..... My 2kobo

You were asked to pay customs and handling fees which you did, according to your narration. So its not possible for customs to again seize an item you've already cleared from them, except they later discover it to be contraband.

So it's either the money you sent to Ace logistics for customs clearing was not paid to customs and so the item remained uncleared and eventually seized or someone along the way after customs clearing decided to steal your package (after discovering it was a mobile phone) and then gave you a wrong lead/tracking number to a different item that has truly been delivered.

If you have evidence of payment of the monies for customs clearance, you must not let the gut of that ACE logistics test. Disturb their peace until they fish out your item or refund to you the item price money - look for what the actual price is, not minding its a gift - plus the customs clearing money (all join)

Sorry for the loss. Is this your first time buying from AE? Did the board have good reviews? You would've easily won the dispute if it wasn't delivered. But next time do a video of you opening the package and installing the motherboard. That will help strengthen your dispute case. AE often side with sellers as buyers sometimes ain't saints either. As some buyers can easily swap what was gotten with defective part to get their money back.

Sadly, once the final decision is made, you can't get your money back. What was the seller's response when you chatted them up prior to opening dispute? Did they ignore you or did they ask for evidence?

Thanks for your kind response. Unfortunately this isn't my first time, I have order countless of items from aliexpress. I haven't had any problem where the item doesn't work until the motherboard.
I messaged the seller and she/he said I was the one that damaged the motherboard. The seller has refused to reply my messages since aliexpress mark the dispute as invalid
