Akpoguma ahead of Olise ndah

Ebuehi ahead of shehu

Not suprised Ebuehi didn’t make the list because rohr didn’t call him before he was sacked and shehu was even playing ahead of him and even aina at Tim’s

Suprised akpoguma didn’t make the list because Olise ndah came from no where

And in my opinion the strikers there are too many abeg ,they should have dropped 1 striker and use the spot for a midfielder

And finally ,Omeruo shehu musa and ighalo should have no business in the super eagles for now (My opinion )

I just tire oooo. Dem don call Onyekuru wey no do chi chi this season ahead of Dessers and Lookman.

How does he know they will fit into his tactics well?

I hope you know Eguavoen has been in camp with Ndah and Nwakali before.

But Yobo like Keshi in 94 was battling with his fitness. Not like he was fit and Keshi willy-nilly decided to bench him

So you do not easily dispose of captains of the super Eagles as some are suggesting.

Omo Goodjoe don change from quality to tactics. At this rate are you sure a time will not come when it is machines that will be found fit enough for this abstraction called tactics?

I have not changed. From the time of Keshi, to the time people criticised Mikel as slowbi, to when people criticised Iheanacho under Puel and Shakespeare, my point has been, suiting systems.

This has been my stance for years.

Fear indigenous coaches
Dessers is one of the most inform Nigeria forward at the moment but because he is a foreign born He will be ignored

That's sum up the reason why this indigenous coaches barely make progress outside Nigeria... because no system can tolerate their corrupt and biased nature

You will see them jostling round the national team as if their life depends on it

Onyekuru to replace osimhen instead of them to replace him with a midfielder

Even if na forward Dem wan use replace osimhen it should never be a poor player like onyekuru

Still can't understand why United fans don't like Scott McTominay. One of the best midfielders in his age group.

Underrated.

You guys are overreacting. You're reading meaning to too many things about the team.

NFF announcing their new coach is a professional move and the players are professionals too and they're part of the federation in their own way.

Its necessary for the players to be aware as they're representing Nigeria and NFF not the coaches.

Moreover, The new coach would be watching so it has no difference as the new coach will be observing.

So stop all these unnecessary assumptions and ignorance.

Heard the Leicester City game on New Year's Day has been suspended. Hopefully Wilfred and KC should arrive camp a little bit earlier

So a player's nationality switch is based on age and not application? For your information Caulker also played for the England senior team and scored on his debut. Did it delay his switch to Sierra Leone?
Value! dumdum. His debut goal was so glorious they never called him again! grin

I knew even if the point was a signboard you'd still miss it.

Think about it bro, it was a serious surgery that happened and we also have many inform strikers. Consequently, we have an all important World Cup qualifier in March that osimehn should be 100% fit..

Does not change the fact that the call was wrong. It should have waited until after the tournament. The players are going into that tournament knowing Eguavoen is not their coach.

Whether they are professionals is not the issue. The issue is that it is a wrong mindset to set for the team before the tournament.

I think it’s your sadiq umar from division 2 that took dessers spot grin

IMO (I know TheLoneCitizen won't like this) from what I have watched of both, Sadiq is a better striker than Dessers is. Sadiq is as technical, as good a finisher, as fast (or even faster I think), much taller, much more physical and commanding etc. The only aspect I rate Dessers higher than Sadiq is in positioning and Sadiq is still not too far behind in that aspect too.

Personally, I will rather invite a midfielder as osimehn replacement. Someone like onyedika, nwaobodo or ejaria if he has been cleared instead of another striker/forward. We already have 9 forwards listed aside of osimehn but there isn’t enough midfielders. For example, assuming ndidi or onyeka gets injured or suspended, we would have to select a “listed defender” (shehu or awaziem) as their replacement instead of just inviting a natural Midfilder.
