I promised God I was going to share my testimony on here too. I’m glad my letter of congratulations has finally come .

For those still waiting ,God will come through for you.

I did my biometric (walk in) at TLS Ikeja on the 29th after sleeping at TLS for 4 days. The process is that you go there during the day (morning preferably) to write your name on a list and return at 12am each day (until it gets to your turn to enter TLs center) when the person in charge of the list marks attendance by calling people’s names and strikes off the name of anyone that doesn’t answer present when their name is mentioned. Alternatively, if you are willing to part with 40/50k, you may approach the touts to sell their slot to you….I do not intend to scare you but Tls ikeja is a war zone. I literally watched people that came for walk in exchange blows on different days.
The environment is safe at midnight and there are two popular hotels around (TDH and Presken) you can lodge incase you don’t want to sleep on tables or have a car to sleep in.

For Nigerian passport holders, a transit visa is required for Amsterdam except you hold a British or other applicable passports.

2. Which bank processes PTA faster?
3. Any sure plug/Landlord for AirBnB that can be recommended? ---Bradford BD7, BD9, BD5 area sha.
4. For AirBnB payment, naira card or dollar card?
5. Any other tips to be cautious of? (I know PCR for everyone 24hrs before departure, Day2-Test, isolation till the result is out, locator form fill before departure)
6. Can anyone recommend any good traveling bag shop/contact or GMG bag is good to go (i no mind o...lol)
7. For a family, is food carrying recommended, and is there a list of allowed naija food - Please share.

1. I think some people posted about this a few pages back. You can check or wait for someone who's done it this week to reply you.
2. Same as 1.
3. You can use the AirBnB website/app or booking.com
4. Depends on your card limits and exchange rate.
5. Get to the airport early
6. I don't know.
7. Use this link as a guide on prohibited food item: https://www.gov.uk/bringing-food-into-great-britain
You can bring stuff to tide you over the 1st few weeks but don't overdo it as most things are usually easily gotten around. You can bring your core African food staples to prevent you from the initial £/N conversion bug ie. Yam/plantain flour, poundo yam, semo and the likes. Don’t bother with anything that can spill in your luggage.

The last time I checked, Qatar/Doha didn't require transit visa as long as you aren't leaving the airport.
