Oh I see. Well the thread to me it's just for fun though. Truth be told, I enjoy when the various countries post ongoing progress and infrastructure. Kazikazi for instance has made me learn so much about Tanzania, and I have learnt a lot about Kenya as well. Some of the banters are fun but most are boring to me like the arguements about skin colour, height, bullets/hunting, and even food (cc my man petrodollar ). But hey for me I'll just come in once in a while mostly to see updates on progress in Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana of course.

I love how you were been specific on the aspect of real estate boom that Abuja needs to match up (more office spaces) because in terms of residential buildings, Abuja is already there and the city can comfortably host 7m + with everyone having a luxury accommodation to his head.

Yeas it needs serious office and retail spaces.imagine driving through glassy scrapes/buildings on both side with thise magnificent roads and highways. You would know Abuja would be so untouchable. As the economy recovers we expect to see a spike in the real estate sector.
