My first question this year that I want us all to deliberate on is
Do you believe in reincarnation as a Christian. We have heard lot of stories of how people who died several years returned with a special trait and untill their reincarnator is discovered and certain rites is performed they were possessed with certain trait. For instance there is this little girl who was second to last born in her family. She had many older siblings but she disrespects them, she don't greet them and she abuses them. The parents tried their best to caution and sometimes even beat her but she will prefer you beat her all day than to open her mouth and greet her older sibling. When her behaviour started getting out of hand, her parents went to the village to know what is wrong and In the process they discovered she is a reincarnation of their great grand mother who was humiliated and subjected to all kinds of evil because of her gentle nature. The reason she was disrespecting the older siblings is because she sees all of them as her grand children and does not require such respect. The necessary things was done and from that day the little girl changed. so what is your take

Does reincarnation actually exist.?

A Christian is the general name for one who believes in Jesus Christ and since Jesus Christ never taught any ideas that closely resemble what you refer to as reincarnation, this means a Christian does not/should not subscribe to such ideas as reincarnation.

E just tire me. People ask stupid questions like a Christian is supposed to have a different set of beliefs to that of Jesus Christ himself or to what the Bible preaches. Not everyone who goes to church is a Christian, not everyone who ticks Christianity in their official form is a Christian. Nutshell, a Christian cannot and should not believe in reincarnation.

Re incarnation is a possibility under the system of God but it has not been recorded. Now what you stated about that girl is what we know as familiar spirit. Familiar spirit comes in form of someone you know in another body.... Remember when the the people where asking John if he is Elijah who is to come? And some other examples in the bible.

The believe in reincarnation is idolatrous! No one comes back after death! Seems your story involves divination and idolatrous rituals.

Maybe the girl is suffering from Jinn possession that makes her behave as such! Once the evil Jinn is appeased it relieves her!

Moreso, some Christians believe Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist.

The Jews believe in reincarnation and there are instances of reincarnation in the Bible. Jesus also said John was the Elijah that was to come in Mathew 11.

It could be possible . Afterall , there's John the Baptist that was supposed to be the reincarnation of Elijah the Tishbite . But from a Christian perspective , I can't say because Elijah is a reincarnation and as such , God can do such without following protocols
