To test it, try checking your account balance, *556# for MTN. If it works, then you're good.

If calls from that person doesn't come in, then maybe you blocked her number.

Had to do a factory reset, it didn't solve the laggy navigation

The regular orange card is known as naira master card - $200 and not $100. There are varying orange cards too (teen card, gtcreat8 card, etc).

Blue card are of different types (platinum master card etc).
