Colorcoat is just different brand name of companies making the coils. Tower makes and uses colocoat (kolorkoat) companies like first express aluminium or Bozac buys coils from them...and all tower brand like asaba alu...Pgn

Colortek is from first aluminum....companies like best aluminium and first aluminum uses this coils...even first express buys from them

I feel like you could have explored 0.55mm First Aluminum for your roof.. A few more thousand wouldn't hurt since you'd get better quality..

If you're trying to curtail cheating by going to get it yourself, there's a way installers signal the factory people and they'll still make their money..

Just get 2 or more quotes, choose a factory yourself to ensure quality, choose a quote and hope that the rip off won't be that bad..

We are also doing an "experimental build" around Gbopa area in Ido. Another in Achievers Estate, another behind Makoni hotels in Ido..

The name is what I didn't know but was given 1 year after service warranty by the roofer.

QS and those I told said Johnnytech isn't bad either.

This one hit me last year. Not sure there is a way you can totally avoid it. It's just to hope the ripp off won't be too bad as advised.

I went to the aluminium company with the roofer. While there, observed side discussion between the roofer and the receptionists, cashier and even the guys in the factory; was also sure the quantity he quote was much more than needed. I made payment for all the quantity in his quote but was so determined to leave there with exact quantity I paid for.

Based on my observation, I made sure we measured/count all over before leaving the factory and told him categorically that the quantity was padded but he denied. It was at the point I threatened to report to the company's customer care he started prostrating, begging and opened up that is where they make gain, no much gain in installation, his wife just gave birth and needs money ...plenty plenty stories.... Said the quantity he added would fetch him 140k or so, I just pitied him and retrieved half even though I know the quantity added would fetch him more than that.

Length 80 feet.
Breadth 36 feet.

n he said d height of d woodwork will be around 14metres or 14feet, can't remember wat he said.

his using 18ft long hardwood according to that price above but the prices are inflated, this are also sawmill woods not falada, even fadala here in the west is more than N300 (2x2x12) depend on the type of woods, in benin we only sell sawmill woods no fadala, but here in the west, fadala is common and all our woods are by 12ft no 16ft or 18ft woods
