the boys mentioned were not the only students in that school . The boy gave out their names before he died and they were eye witnesses . The school belong to a prominent personality and they're doing everything possible to kill the case . The only way to get justice in Nigeria is vengeance

Essentially the State is saying that the autopsy did not provide a 'smoking gun' to prove that the guy died as a result of x.

Happens all the time. Many a brutal killer has been exonerated by 'inconclusive' or 'not clear' autopsy.

At the end of the day, prosecutors the world over try cases they are sure of winning. Since the autopsy did not show that the boy was murdered by the students in question, and since no one wants to open their mouths and talk about what they saw, and heard (and the students won't talk either)...the prosecutor has no choice but to let the boys go.

So, sadly, Sly don't get no justice, and his family don't get no satisfaction.

Unless someone, someone who saw something and knows something, talks.

That is the report of the parents, they were bereaved and so could cook up anything.
God is the ultimate judge. My point is, don't just accuse innocent boys just because their names came up.

The parents are wealthy, they can authorize another investigation and autopsy. But why are you doubting a report simply because it doesn't not go with your pre-conceived sentiments?
