Please I need some advice, I have this desire to move me and my family to Canada or UK but I intend to go via the student route because it's the easiest way, please I have a land that I already built but yet to be completed just to put the roofs and things are getting harder for me please I really want to goto this Canada and school so I can work to sustain me and my family. Am married but no kids yet, one of my wish is to grow my children abroad. And I have 2m setting in my account and I have this uncompleted building which can raise me upto 10m or more once sold, but it's not easy for m, e on my kind of job is very risky job. Please don't laugh or insult me. My wife won't want me to take this risks of selling this land. Am not going with her, just me alone once things are fine over there she can come over. not a wise move to sell your property for school fees. Why not wait for resumption of Canada express entry or go learn a skill like tech and get work permit abroad after some years.

you did not need to sale your land if you have 2 m setting in your account try to use the money find another better country which you can have your resident permit when you arrival in the country and work later take your wife with you it is not by force Canada or UK because all this country will cost you a lot of money to get visa you can try find some country which very easy which your 2 m will take you there when you go to the country find any collection there get your resident permit and started your life there when you started work them you can send money to Nigeria for finish your home and help your wife come to you

But UK is sure if you can raise 10m-15m for study....MSc

My advice: Move to UK, you can sell the house provided you are confident the money will b enough to get you to UK after the sales.... if your business is not going well enough move to UK before your money will finish

You probably don't want to go with her because no kids yet... if she is good wife to you and medicaly you guys are good together....keep praying as the baby will still come....

After you reach UK ...same money you used can equally be used to bring her to UK after you settled down.... then you both hustle to make money in the UK...

Don’t listen to these people discouraging you from selling your property. Sell it immediately and relocate to Canada. Once you get to the land flowing with milk and honey (Canada) you can get a good job and build the house of your dream in any location in Nigeria. God bless as you japa.
