Really? Do you need assurances to grant people freedom? It’s like a slave-master asking a slave after many years of serving him what is the assurance that he will succeed if he settles him and he celebrates freedom.
That’s not a reason to hold anyone from getting their freedom.
Some Africans demanding freedom are exposed and have traveled wide to see how things are done in other climes which is not obtainable in Africa. If you can’t make simple things as providing basic amenities, economic development and empowerment, value human life, political fairness/ correct playing field and right to demand for freedom for all without getting killed unnecessarily then you’re just wasting your time trying to forcefully protect the illusion called unity in Africa.
