aribisala0:Maybe he is considering the Badagry, agbara to Sango, Abeokuta to ibadan Expressway as an exit? Lekki as you said makes more sense. The only issue is how it leads to the rail network, or that could be built also. Barges can also take cargo from the lekki ports to coastal cities. 2 Likes |

Greenarrow01:1 acre of land facing the express is now 30m in undeveloped area like apakin village, siriwon & igbekodo village & so on, with gazette & free from government acquisation. In developing area u cant even see a plot that face the exp, i wont lie to you. because most clients are looking for exp land to buy because of the new development coming to our land & they are ready to invest in lands buying. |
