Like I told you before that lagos vfs is not open for first timer traveler appointment, but I called the lady Mary number you gave me she also told me that VFS Lagos is not yet open for first timer traveler so I will wait till when they are open

You are not a first timer as you said that you had a Schengen visa that you didn't used before, so you qualify as a frequent traveler bcoz then never open for first timer since they open after covid.

Since you don't have a company account separately, then you're sponsoring yourself. So use your Statement of account

Do they message your bank or they don’t confirm it?

I don’t know but I believe they will have a way to figure this out. Don’t use fake bank statement.

The long stay visa (which is also your residence permit) you will receive will be valid for 12 months and upon renewal, a 4-year residence card will be given to you.

On accommodation, it is expedient you secure an accommodation (your employers can help or provide guidance on that). If you decide to go through with the 2-weeks reservation, add a cover letter stating you intend to view and close on an apartment within that timeframe.
