I got 3 offers for Jan, just did biometrics
It doesn’t affect your offers, just put in a good personal statement

I think paying additional deposit to the school's account will contradict the amount paid mentioned on your CAS after you must have received CAS statement. This might inturn affect your VISA application as what is stated on your CAS is different to what you would be presenting. IMO

I don't think it would. His CAS hasn't been issued yet. He wouldn't even be issued a CAS without having the complete amount in his account. All he has to do is make the additional payment of 800k to the school and send them proof of payment.

They are requesting for an official transcript while I have an unofficial one, I graduated from OAU. Requesting for transcript now from OAU can take months. And I'm resuming for May intake.

Are they incriminating? If doesn't add or remove anything from your application and sure you have uploaded all the necessary documents maybe you should just ignore. Or during biometrics you can tell the staff and hear what they say.

Oh after the refusal u already got a uk study visa but now you are going for another study visa and this new agent didnt use same old insufficinet funds for you? If this is the situation then dont beat yourself up. You willget your visa asap

I submitted my visa application on the 4th of Jan, also printed my pof same date. My biometric is 10th of January. Can I still make use of the pof on the day of biometric?

2. My Mtech Certificate which I used for admission is dated 27th July 2016 and it bears my maiden name even after marriage (my reason is that I had started the program before marriage)
My questions are these:
1. Won't there be queries about the certificate not bearing my husband's name?
2.Do I need any affidavit to support this?

He or she should talk to her school after making the payment for them to update the CAS. It is better that way.

What are you looking for? Most uk schools have lots of courses in Business related not to talk of business administration. You can't say you searched the whole internet and you did not find any school.

An affidavit of one and the same person should suffice.

Are you sure it's the same obasanjo Internet? Business courses are some of the most common courses and every UK school has it.

Bros get married first o, in fact marriage sef no guarantee anything based on some personal experience in this cold weather. Give am belle if possible sef. Things dey occur brother, there is this young married lady with 3 kids I had to blackmailed emotional, she was ready to abandon her hubby and follow oyibo for obvious reasons but now her hubby got the dependent visa too. Don’t risk any marriage in form of make I help her or him, it will mostly end in tears. Make sure it’s truly love o coming from naija.
