If you're looking to buy a property, but cannot apply due to financial constraints....... A new provider is on the market, that would offer you *7 mortgage wage multiplier.......... This is only available for certain professions, and you must be practicing and registered with your regulation boards .......... https://www.habito.com/one Read terms and conditions, you must be employed for over 12 months and have all employment documents.......... * 15% deposit is required + long term fixed term mortgage arrangement ....... etc etc Goodluck........... 8 Likes 7 Shares |

It's not always there. So many people I know applied seperately for NIN including myself. Xanderlex: |

My NIN came out in 5 weeks but the standard wait time is 16 weeks. You cant contact them until then. I have used my NIN as proof of address on so many occasions cos it's a government document, most organisations dont accept tenancy agreements. I will advise you use a permanent address for your NIN application. midasfx: 2 Likes |

Thanks for sharing this. However, it requires a proper financial planning. Pros - No exit fees, no early repayment fees whatsoever. Cons - At least 85% LTV. Locked fixed rates for at least 10-15 years. No one knows what the market rate might be long term but there is a possibility that one would be overpaying a mortgage long term down the road should any case the wider market interest rate drops long term. All these have been factored by the actuaries. Lexusgs430: 2 Likes 1 Share |

babajeje123: My advice to you is to send this write up to her as it is here. Let her understand your long-term goals and that her mom can still come later. She is being emotional right now and probably doesn't understand what you went through to bring her in. When my partner was complaining about working in the cold before bringing us, I didn't really get it until I started working too and walking to the bus stop in the cold. Let her start working too. Plus you can talk to someone she respects to advice her without mentioning you. I really wish you the best because this is a country where you really need support from your partner. 4 Likes |

Hi, It seems you already got a mortgage, if so you are not eligible. Lisa is only for FTB and max of £450k. It's seems better than the HTB which is now closed. So basically what he meant was that one could take advantage of getting 25% on 4,000 = £1,000 in this financial year Apr 6 2021- Apr 5 2022 ( only if you deposit up to 4K before Apr 5 2022) and also take advantage of the Apr 6 2022 - Apr 5 2023. So it all adds up to £2K per year ( 1K each if you are a couple additional free money to house deposit. ukay2: 4 Likes 2 Shares |

midasfx: Those on Tier 4 won't have NINos on the back of their BRPs. Your NiNo will come in the form of a letter sent to you at your chosen address. However, addresses can change, as people move around, so that address is not in any way permanent or determinative. When seeking work, you will be asked for one document as proof of identity, then your right to work (BRP), and a proof of address. The fastest way to get an official document proving your address is to use a bank statement. Open a Starling/Monzo/Chase account in-app, use your card a few times, and you'll rapidly have a bank statement available to download with your chosen address on it. Depending on what kind of accommodation you eventually rent, a utility bill also works. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

You simply allow the 1 Year anniversary of your LISA account to fall into the following tax year, remember tax year is 6th April - 5th April of the following year, you then deposit the maximum £4k in each of the the tax year. For example if I'm to open one today 8/01/22, my 1 Year anniversary will be 8/01/23. I will deposit the max £4k before 5th April 2022 covering the current tax year and deposit another £4k in the new tax year starting 6th April 2022 but before the anniversary of my account which is 8/01/23. You both do this, and you will get the £4k I referenced in my earlier post. ukay2: 9 Likes 6 Shares |
