I know this isn't the right place to post this but the no of people in the health section isn't encouraging.Pls how do i get rid of these black spots on my body.It starts from a pimple and change to this but I hardly break out nowadays. I know some people will say water but i don't think so because i'm the only one in the family that has this.It makes me feel insecure.I need your guys help.

Go see a dermatologist and also take antibiotics..pls good hygiene is very very important..
Take your bath 5 times a day..have about 4 bathing towel..have about 3 different duvet.. always clean your room twice daily..get rid of any foul smell..
Use a nice bathing soap when bathing..scrub yourself properly..pls never sleep without brushing your teeth..as I said at least 4 times daily always take your bathe..
