Its not network.
Try using a VISA prepaid card or a VISA credit card. Dont use a Mastercard. I don't know if a VISA debit card has the same problem as well.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Saloiba: 2:13pm On Jan 08, 2022
Thank you for your feedback, though I'm not sure I quite understood the opening sentence. The email put the reason for the unsuccessful application as "Previous education does not meet admissions requirements".

Regarding the CV, it detailed over 7 years in supply chain, cutting across warehouse and logistics. Since a verdict has been passed by the school, I could focus less on that. My focus now is on Humber College.

Do you think I stand a chance with Humber College? I'd want to apply to the same supply chain management program, using my BSc petroleum engineering.

And in applying for Ontario PNP later on, would the education qualification from Humber College qualify me to?

Anon123:

The bolded is not correct as it is not related. Supply chain covers Marketing, sales, Logistics, business and management(Human/Material resource). On his CV, did he mention an experience in supply chain. He needs to work on his CV to show he has at least a year experience thats into supply chain.

Conestoga college offers Supply chain well..

Tailor the CV to align with with supply chain even if its a previous experience before this current petroleum engineering role

Worked as a customer service 2017-2018,

Presently working as a Marketing manager in a bank 2018 till date . 29 yrs with a kid

Applied to University of Alberta for masters in Agric econ/rural sociology in Dec 2021 for September 2022

Approach matters for him to get admission and visa. He would have a better chance if he frames it as or focus on agricultural marketing or financing.

Many local farmers in Nigeria lack adequate knowledge and opportunities in agricultural marketing and financing. He should back it up with existing research and statistics from world bank and others. His education and experience will help to design, support, and advocate programs tailored to their needs. He may give examples of existing programs he plan to support once he is done.

Both school and visa officers may reject his application if their is no correlation between his experience and proposed education. He must tell them how they fit together.

By the way, I will always advise people to not apply to a single school or program. It is a high risk as there are limited seats (probably 3-5 per year for graduate programs) for all international students. Increase your chances by applying to more than one, but make sure you fulfill all requirements (particularly if supervisor is needed) before you submit the application.

All the best.

Good Day House,
Please were in Lagos can someone do the Covid test required for traveling to Canada.
My niece will be traveling from Lagos to Canada next week but she doesn't stay in Lagos and so she doesn't know where to carry out the required test for her trip.

Ohh. You're applying for an Undergraduate program? I really don't know anything about Undergraduate admissions but if you don't meet Dalhousie's requirements, you can try out other schools.

Hello Teekay

I do not have an Access bank to confirm this, but peeps here claim Access Limit is still $300, so you can try any Access Master Card...

New Portal, Normal Portal, anyone you use is okay.. But most applicants still use the normal Portal with the exception of very few applicants that use the new portal. I have not seen any approval with the new portal though..

For the applicants that used the new portal and have gotten approval, please put the house through the process to create awareness so that many applicants can get familiar with it..

Peace
