Thank you so much for the response. Please who have used the new portal and have gotten approval? please

Hello Teekay

I do not have an Access bank to confirm this, but peeps here claim Access Limit is still $300, so you can try any Access Master Card...

New Portal, Normal Portal, anyone you use is okay.. But most applicants still use the normal Portal with the exception of very few applicants that use the new portal. I have not seen any approval with the new portal though..

For the applicants that used the new portal and have gotten approval, please put the house through the process to create awareness so that many applicants can get familiar with it..

Peace

Guys it’s PPR!!!!!!!!
Truly this IRCC wants you to disturb them before giving you the PPR
Keep bombarding them with mails especially the Abuja email Address
I’m coming for timeline later

Congratulations.

However, I implore all PPR recipients, especially those who got theirs this year, to share their timelines and documents submitted. I noticed we are gradually eroding this tradition and it is not good. This is one of the cardinal essence for the existence of this thread. Once again, congratulations to all PPR residents. For those expectant, good news shall not elude us.

If you have a legal permit being in sweden, the police certificate should be from there though police certificate is not mandatory.

Ties to nigeria should be family, properties and businesses.

Okay.

Thanks

Hello bemyperson

This isn't advisable though and it won't fly..

He is already sponsoring his wife and I am sure he has other dependents there in Canada, so the Visa Officer won't be convinced of him sponsoring you cos I am sure they will have information about him in Canada when they do their background check on him...

Also as a 38 year old man, the Visa Officer will expect you fund your account and sponsor yourself, or if any of your parents can be your sponsor..

Peace

Good morning house. I've been a silent reader, my question is: Can my brother who is in canada with his family and sponsoring his wife's education still sponsor me for study in canada? I intend going with my wife.
I'm 38yrs old

Please is it possible to get a job while PG. cert
Sure, infact it is advisable. You would look for part time job (strictly 20 hours per week) to do, so you can be able to pay your bills and also reduce pressure on your Proof of Funds

It doesn't have to be access master card.
I used access visa card and it worked. I also know a few people who paid with access visa card successfully

Good evening everyone, please I will like to ask how I can pay for the visa and biometric fee essily. Please will my access bank debit card work and should I apply through the new portal or I should just stick to the normal one? Thank you so much

An access debit card should be fine.
I was charged 87k with access debit card.

You can apply with any of the portals, however, the new portal is pretty straight forward.

Sorry I have to ask. I'm almost in the same boat as this guy. Because my sponsor also has wife and kids( dependents) in Canada what if he transfers living expenses and extra money for one year into my account and explains it in his letter of sponsorship and in my SOP. Won't that kill any doubt of him not showing commitment? Plus how do they calculate the 10,000cad in naira. I think if they use normal rate 1Cad = 327 naira. That's about 3.2m in naira. Please I need an experienced person to answer this question.
