1. My spouse got a NSF mail to provide further evidence of our relationship. We already submitted marriage certificate and family pictures during the application.

They said "the fact you have demonstrated your marriage took place does not act as independent corroboration you are in an ongoing, subsisting relationship"
We have a joint account but we haven't used it in a long time.

So please what other documents can we send?

On a personal note, I won’t advise you send the joint account especially if you haven’t been transacting on it lately, it may raise a red flag.

For your study gap, you know what to do already, you can add the CAC documents of the business you currently do as well as references from works done previously.
If your husband is a director, it can also serve as part of proof of subsisting relationship as requested in his NSF.

Please is this something to worry about .
