Good Afternoon Fam,

Please I am having an issue getting past Compliance Team at the University of Sunderland, and I need help.

So back in 2019, my company was invited to Pitch one of the Products I was managing at the time at an event/competition in Turkey, and I was supposed to be one of the delegates, however, only one of us got a Turkey visa, as he was able to apply for e-visa. whereas, another colleague and I were not granted visas. No visa or refusal stamp or even a refusal letter was given.

Now, I had declared on my application that I had a visa refusal to Turkey in the past when filling my application, and I was given admission. I have paid tuition, now, the Compliance team is requesting for refusal letter to see the reason the visa was not granted.

I have done everything possible, I even called the compliance team and the person that spoke to me told me I should get a letter from the Agent that processed the application for us back then and attach it to the mail, which I did, however, I received a response from another member of the Compliance team insisting that Embassy must have given me a refusal letter and I should check again..

Please what can I do?

I made mistake in my counting, my pof was mature since nov 8 cos I applied for cas with it

2012 which was 10 years ago. I was denied usa visiting visa. I cannot remember if i was given any refusal letter cause usa is interview. Can someone remind me if usa was giving refusal letter 10 years ago in the year 2012. Cause I know what the officer told me what that i did not convince her enough

How did you fill the app on their website?
they havent touched mine since Jan 1, gtbank

There has to be a way of knowing the outcome of someone's application when they say decision has been made before the passport arrives. There has to be a refusal email if an application is refused.
So people can sleep well pending their passport arrival after that “We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone.”

Thanks for the lesson learnt on this group it was helpful and also to God almighty for his mercy all through. I learnt what is needed and unlearn the one that can give heart attack but in all believe in urself and trust God with all ur heart he will definitely come through.
Secondly,My dependant got restricted work sportman and public funds.pls do u suggest i get to uk before changing it or i change it here.Ur advice needed.

"Restricted work no sportsman" means you can't work as sportsperson or coach e.g footballer.
