Read you will not read. The said contract was not approved. Buhari never gave approval. He rather placed it on hold pending legal advice and when the advice was finally given and he read both submissions he opted to cancel it outright.

The due process was never followed by Intel's to begin with so why approve?

Every one know Intels prosecution is nothing but political..which due process ..Intel introduced waterway pilotage to Nigeria

It does not matter what intels did the bottom line was that they were at odds with NPA based on their method of contract acquisition.

PMB or APC did not initiate the legal tussle with them. NPA DID.

When all was exposed and they discovered their underhand method of contract procurement which was a monopolized method and at the detriment of the common man as they would charge you and I exorbitantly their contract was revoked.
