If na Rohr na to grant the front foot to the Egyptians. Dem go come dey press our neck while we will be playing for yeye counter. We don't play that way. We take the game to our opponents. 1 Like |

Kinsmenn:That is because Nigeria hasn't been attacking Egypt from Chukwueze's wing, all our attacks is from left. Do you know why? Because Salah is always stationed forward, Simon will always get one-on-one against the Egyptian wingback. I expect Egypt to change their formation in the 2nd half. 5 Likes |

Like Forgiveness once said, maybe Pinnick intentionally appointed the oyinbo guy before the AFCON so there won't be any clamor for making Eguavoen full time coach irrespective of the team's performance. Based on the 1st 45 minutes, we have seen aggression, confidence. The chains have been unshackled and you can see even Simon putting up MOTH performance. Simon finally able to cross!!!!! Even if we lose this match (God forbid) Eguavoen has given us what we have been asking for a very long time just in this half. |

Impressive 45 minutes from the Eagles. With the way the boys are balling it's like Rhor sabotaged us for the last 2 years. 3 Likes |

I didn't really fancy Moses Simon but I was always cautious because I knew Rohr was playing him out of position. The first time I watched him for Gent against Tottenham in the champs league, the boy was so menacing from the LW that the commentators were singing his praises, but the Franco-German bingo came in and said no, I must turn you to a semi defender through the RW. 2 Likes |

Seriously, this match is a confirmation to what many of us have been assertimg here: that Rohr was the greatest obstacle to the SE. 1 Like |
