with the team on a counter were you expecting him to pass backwards?

The pass he gave ejuke was the best option he had so I see no big deal with that

Even a pregnant woman on the pitch would hv passed to ejuke

Bros supernerd, you are waisting your time explaining to that 12years old mumu that sees football as dribble dribble dribble with end product hitting keeper when actually he can play a simple pass to add to goal tally preferring to a workaholic who constantly was a menace to opponent defence and also in his attempt to defend he got dribbled by the opposition attack....sir don't pour water into an empty head with big big whole space like that of a goalkeeper post net...plss sir don't explain to him again

Ejuke had 2 shots on target in the space of 20 minutes. You guys are making it sound like, there was an easy outlet to pass the ball. His team mates weren’t visibly open and Egyptian defenders were on them that’s why he didn’t pass.. I only care about End product I.e goals, assist, shot on target

Dan kee me already!!!!! Hahahahahahahahaha

There was a time during the match that Eguavon barked instructions to Yobo.. Yobo then ran across the sideline to do something..I dunno what it was, but the man was not playing..
Rohr own is to give useless press conference before the match to talk down on our players (some people called it mind games) and then be looking all uninterested on the sidelines..
During the last AFCON, after that game against Madagascar, some ex international (I think Kanu) bashed him for being inactive on the sidelines, which was part of what contribute to our poor performance...
Eguavon clearly understand how these things are done...

PS: I'm not saying Eguavon is a top class coach or anything, but he is definitely better than Rohr.. NFF should do away with this habit of hiring mediocre foreign coaches who don't understand our football..they just want to chop us....

That's your perspective tinged with your own blatant prejudice.

You disregard the specifics details of how I came to my deduction. You then anchor your deduction entirely on your own self birthed subjective view.

Why did you not contest my deductions , let me reiterate my rational, below.

Sadiq is Slow I think he is the slowest player in the team. He is tall but can't even win headers against much shorter player's. He is big but gets bullied easily. He should have been filled by with running but was languid. Within minutes he was complaining about NOBODY helping him to press. He put no pressure on on the Egyptian defence. That's my observations.

Now please leave out your emotive sensibilities and bias. And contend with the specifics of my deductions objectively for all to see who is BIASED

I challenge you please, please don't hide let's analyse not posture or make allegations that you can't back up.

Ejuke is one the super eagles players I love to watch....but you must give kudos to Moses Simon, going forward he and I heanacho, plus aribo behind them plus a lil effort from awoniyi were the reason kept the Egyptian on their toes....stop rubbishing his inclusion because you want to see end product...go and watch the replay of Sudan and guinea bissau....you go belleful for end product even pack some put inside take away pack dey go house....but wetin end there match...na 0-0...
Go and watch replay of Algeria /Sierra Leone, u go watch end product taya till your eyes rise like Tinubu and oshiomole own...but wetin end the match...oga na 0-0...so give kudos to Moses Simon for his pumping effort of cross into the box, whether some connect well or not....no dey do like woman nyash there

yes the team worked together as a unit with lovely understanding and chemistry

Awoniyi and kels performances are signs that both still understand each other after their under17 days

Zaidu and Simon also worked hard for each other while aribo and ndidi were lovely to watch in the middle

Even ekong seem to have better understanding with Omeruo than when playing with balogun

An attacking front line that has Ejuke on the wings and Iheanacho as the ST or SS will produce more in goals.

Those of you who liked that infantile post from 2large1 where he unnecessarily attacked Acecube for making an innocent statement, are imbec!les.

So we should abandon the AFCON because we have a WC qualification to play in match?

3 touches. 3 passes. We were also defending when he came on so he didn't touch the ball as much coz he joined in the press... but when he did.... A Big Chance was born! That's class man! Be honest!

Nwakali did something. Set up Ejuke who squandered that Beautiful chance.

And where did I castigate Umar? Why do you like cooking up stuffs out of thin air? Did I not say all the lads off the bench did very well? You didn't read that? GOODNESS ME, Charles. Read!!!!

Rohr na ekuke coach... He can't even play his famous conservative football well enough..

You know what's funny? Around the time when the support for him stated to decline, some folks who still supported him, especially those who are so obsessed with anything Oyinbo were of the opinion that we were lucky to have him, that he would easily be snapped up by a big team if we sack him... I dey wait for that big team...
Rohr dey him hotel for France dey drink cognac. Man na journeyman. Thank God our leaders for once listened to us and sack that man

Kudos to Eguavoen for trying to kill the game with his subs. Gone are the days of conservative football. The subsequent group games would be competitive practice sessions for us to improve in our finishing.

Sound talk Joebie. Really sound. Couldn't agree more especially with the first two lines.
