No one is saying anything about the stupid penalty moses simon almost gave Egypt. I doubt if he would have been this praised if it was given because that was a clear penalty. Moses and Ejuke should be trained on their end product 1 Like |

bazooka1: Loosing the ball means turning over possession, even if only temporarily. Wayward crosses and shots count. For example the cross leading to the goal counted as possession lost because the Egypt defender cleared the ball, even if it eventually landed at Aribo. |

safarigirl: He really did himself ooo my sister. He should have insisted on playing in the AFCON. I fear that if Nigeria qualifies for World Cup, he may not be considered. Ranieri will then join him with the Italian team to Qatar as part of their supporters club 11 Likes 1 Share |

Next game, I would say we send most of our starting lineup to the bench to rest them against future games. We should be able to dispatch Sudan without our starting 11. I think a front three of Ejuke-Sadiq-Simon should do the job. Onyeka should play alongside Nwakali or Aribo. Ndidi is indispensable. Backline too should not change, with Ajayi replacing Omeruo if necessary. 3 Likes |

bazooka1:Actually, you are wrong. Possession lost refers to the number of times a player turns over possession to the opponent. It doesn't matter if it was a wrong pass, a wrong cross, a failed dribble etc. As long as you turn over possession to your opponent it is counted as possession lost. And yes, Simon lost possession 19times yesterday as recorded by sofascore(sofascore get their stats directly from opta) https://medium.com/@marketing_52805/premier-league-explained-through-stats-3876f941890

"Technically, tactically, physically, mentally and whatever positively you can think of, Eguavoen-led Super Eagles, I feel, dominated Egypt and is the best S.E performance in recent years... At this rate, we can be extremely optimistic, my people. Moses Simon, player of the match?”...Oliseh culled from Daily trust, 12/1/2022. Even highly technical Oliseh agrees with me on this MAN OF THE MATCH issue. But one dude on Nairaland dey insult us because of one computer statistical app called sofascore or whoscored. If a possession lost can turn into assist for us, I think I prefer to see more of it E.g 1. Moses " cross possession Lost" against Egypt which later turn into our goal 2. Okocha long throw possession lost against Spain which turn into assist for oliseh thunder strike |

drDoom3: I disagree. It is just fine to six games remaining. The guys need to master the system and use all opportunity they can. So I say the coach plays his strongest lineup. Don't underrate any team. Secure qualification for the next round first. Then use the next game as a preparation for the next round. Changes should only come when injuries and fatigue comes to play. |

Another Rohr bad effect! Who else noticed that automatically, we all have become friends, and happily banting peacefully without vulgar since yesterday? Even Chris the son of Oforkansi had to agree with Komekn the WarriBritish wannabe, for the first time in over 2 years. Even Idenna sef dun become better person to his sworn enemies. We never had it this great in Rohr's era. That Franco-German bingo was partly the cause of the division in here with his ekuke playing styles and warped sense of reasoning in making decisions which frustrated everyone 13 Likes 1 Share |
