Please advice , My wife’s passport will expire by December 2022 and she’s going for September intake . Can she apply for visa with the old passport before renewing it ? What do you suggest please

If she is going for the September 2022 programme, I would advise her to renew her passport before travelling.

She can however choose to apply for the visa in her current passport latest June 2022 because one can only apply for visa with a passport with at least 6 months validity at the date of application. If she cannot apply by June, then she would have to get her new passport first before applying for the visa.

I had to address my reasons for doing the course in my personal statement. I had to also talk about it during my interview.

If the school decides to admit and give you a CAS, they would justify it to UKVI when they apply for your CAS. I was not interviewed by UKVI.

1. Joint bills (I know that this isn't always obtainable in Nigeria), jointlyowned properties, transfers to each other's accounts (for maintenance, household expenditure, gifts etc), joint accounts, past letters to you both at the same address from your bank, doctor, government (driver's licence, voter's card), work etc.
If you have kids, a letter from their school to both of you at your joint address.
2. Provide evidence of your employment (employment letter, payslips etc) or business (tax certificates, business contracts etc) and/or education (any other courses or trainings you've done). All this is just to show that you're a genuine student who isn't just trying to use the student visa to escape Nigeria.

Wasn't possible pre-covid but according to what's on UKVI site now, it is.
Remember though that your husband doesn't need to leave the UK immediately after his course if he chooses to apply for PSW visa.
