Have the boils healed? A doctor needs to recommend antibiotics for it and ensure everybody touching the baby washes their hands first.

Is your mom alive and able to come be with you or you both move to her location so she can take care of you and the baby. Find things that make you relax/happy and do them. And if you have someone you can talk to please confide in them.

Good day everyone am new here and I need help my baby's is 10 weeks with BW of 2.7 spend some time at NICU and reduced but didn't check d weight at that time but his current weight at 10 weeks is 5.9kg d pediatrician told me he is suppose to weigh more than this because I was giving him water so she asked me to stop giving water and do EBF now where I need ur advice is it true his weight is suppose to be more than this? at 6 week he was 4.9kg and another question I found out that sometimes I wouldn't lactate well and he would be hungry so I do feed him with Nan milk at least till I eat and lactate well, is it ok if I substitute breastmilk and formula? There is nothing wrong in giving formula alongside breastmilk if u have lactation issues
The most important thing is that your baby is eating well and gaining the adequate weight.

Just ensure to start feeding ur baby properly on demand or every 2-3hrs with breastmilk and formula.
Take note of the weight now and then check again in another say 2 weeks...The difference in weight will let U know how his feeding is impacting his weight.

You can go anyday, as ANC (ayinke house) is everyday. Just ensure you go early, as the waka waka is plenty small.
You will be given a form to fill and forms for some tests to be done. It's with the test results that you can now officially register anyday of the week you like.

I learnt taking coke will help with it. That's why most doctors would advice you not be quick to sit up after cs. In my case it was till next morning before i was allowed to raise my head

Sorry for the plenty questions but general hospital wahala can be too much and I don't want to waste the trip.
