efismikoko: Yes it's 50million in the primary market. What I bought is from the secondary market nd it's base on availability. I bought from stanbic stockbroking firm. Do u have a stockbroking account? Nd cscs account? If yes or not just mail ur bank nd tell them u want to buy bond at the secondary market |

Is there any successful or unsuccessful updates from the recent Sukuk 4 ? Sukuk 3 didn't take this long... |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ositadima1(m): 6:13pm On Jan 10, 2022 |
Phyde: I did d Sukuk 3 and never got acknowledgement, after six months I got my interest. If you really want to track ur goverment approved securities and stocks if u have any, register with CSCS, it cost about 4k per year. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Phyde: I called Stanbic IBTC Stockbroker to inquire when allotment would be made. I was told they cannot say exactly when but that I will be contacted about my investment once the process is concluded. 1 Like 1 Share |

Fixed deposit is a good idea but the interest rate of 4.5% is poor, you can try fairmoney which offers rates upto 20%. you can contact me for more information Diyke4rich: 2 Likes |

yinkaoke: Know what he or she do for a living. That will give you idea if they can meet up with payment. If you have any regulations, spell it out. Apart from that, a good tenant is a good tenant and a bad tenant is a bad tenant. Family people are better than most bachelor who may like going out and coming back late couple with a lot of friends visiting, blasting music etc. Caution fee is a most. I repeat, caution fee is a most. 1 Like |

Bro, your assertion is generic and faulty. Being married or single has nothing to do with being responsible. An ir/responsible bachelor will become an ir/responsible husband/father. @YinkaOke, I'd advise you get a property lawyer or manager to manage the property. It'll save you a lot of stress and wahala. Doing your due diligence is key, but in an economy like Nigeria's, one must be prepared for the worst. A fairly okay tenant could slide into poverty within a month and be unable to meet up with his obligations. Best wishes. kalu61: 4 Likes |
