Is this a master or PhD application? Because I know some June and August masters applicants still waiting. Or dont they follow an order. So it's strange to hear September applications are processed

As previously said, seek out universities in South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. These states place a premium on its graduates. Goodluck

A letter explaining why he wishes to sponsor you, as well as how you intend to establish the relationship between you and your uncle. In plain terms, how can you demonstrate to the immigration officer that he is your uncle? Best of luck

Q 1) Yes your maternal uncle (Mother's Brother) will be able to sponsor you. All you need to show is evidence of relationship between your mum and your uncle. This can include; your mothers birth and marriage certificate, your uncle's birth certificate and current passport or drivers license.
Q 2) Your uncle needs to provide bank statement along with evidence of income. If he is an employee of a company, then the evidence of income can include his most recent payslip, tax statement (if available), employee I.D card and a letter from his employer stating his current role. If he owns a business, then he needs to provide his business documents etc. In addition, he will also need to provide an affidavits of sponsorship.

Just so you know, University of Tasmania is an AL1 school so you might not need to provide bank statement as part of your visa application. However, it is good practice to have it handy as the case officer might request for it at anytime during the visa process.

To correct the highlighted statement, University of Tasmania is no longer an AL1 School. You will need to provide the documents stated above during visa application. You can verify using the link below;

Go to NPC and get an attestation. You only have to provide the necessary requirements and it'll be issued to both of you.

Yes she can sponsor you. She might need to show evidence of income such as, pension, rental property or from investment. If she runs a company or a business then she can provide the registration documents. It is important to show that she can afford to sponsor your education.

I would highly recommend you go for an AL1 school so as to avoid providing the above document during visa application. Please note that the case officer can choose to request for them at anytime during the visa process.

A long time ago, someone asked a question here about bring a child/ren to Aussie on student visa with spouse unaccompanied and I provide my opinion based on my experience. I have received several other emails on the matter as well.

Fast-forward, I completed my Masters in UWA last month, Chairman is only weeks away to be here, son is already speaking with his nose, correcting my proudly naija accent and reading my Uni material while in Pre-Primary- I am super-proud of myself.

God planted some wonderful people in my paths that improved my situations and survival and I promised myself that I will pay the favour forward in any little way I can. Therefore, I have decided to pick three people coming to Perth from the Airport to their accommodation within Perth. If anyone is coming to Perth in last three Fridays of February, send me an email and confirm your arrival time.

I have also read several enquiry on GTE, Sponsor, Adding Spouse to application etc., and I would like to address these in brief:
1. GTE: when tou write your GTE statement, sit back and ask yourself whether your explanations are logical, smoothly linked, and whether if you are the visa officer you will make sense of the evidence before you. For example: if you say that your maternal uncle is your sponsor and I'm the visa officer, I wud expect more than the sponsor's heavy bank statement and proof of relationship. I wud like to see that he paid your first tuition to convince me. This may not be the standard but it's very logical

2. Adding Spouse: Unless you are very fortunate, you wud be sitting on a very long thing waiting for your spouse (Subsequent entrant ) student visa. My suggestion (after my almost two year of rugged wait) is to add spouse and provide a solid GTE and leave the universe to align things...

NOTE on GTE: when you write your GTE provide evidence to support your claims and 'don't go and be writing Australian Education is the best and quality standard' compare to naija' What about Canada, USA or UK that offer similar standard at less expensive price? Tell them why you prefer Aussie and not Canny, UK, etc.
For example, if you have ties (relative and friends in Aussie), be pratical and say my brother is in Australia and this will help be settle faster for my study, blab blah blah

Explore your unique situation, research on the good qualities of the city where your prospective Uni is and pick some points to 'decorate your GTE statements after the key issues are adressed

Hello,
Your uncle will need to give you his bank statement of 3/6months (notarized by his bank as certified true copy), he will also need to do a Statutory Declaration of support for your study and other expenses as you mentioned above. This too needs to be notarized by an authorized professional in the US. Lastly, you will need to prove your relationship with him. Since you said he is your maternal uncle or so, you will need to present your mom's birth certificate and his own as well as your own to show that you are indeed related to him and that he is your uncle.
I think before you are issued a final offer (Unconditional offer) you would have presented these documents and also complete the UTAS_Financial Matrix (all these documents form your GTE).
you can send me mail lets talk further.

Migrating as a medical doctor isn't straightforward unless you are licence and practising in the UK.

Hi everyone,

Can I get a master's programme at Deakin University, Macquarie University, RMIT or Monash University using a Benin Republic BSC certificate?

It depends on your degree and duration, if the duration of your course is 3years forget about it unless you will opt for post graduate certificate/diploma degree with pathway to Master which those schools may not be offering.
RMIT, Monash and a campus of Deakin are in Metropolitan Melbourne, schooling there won't give you any advantage toward PR other than just 5points for Australian degree, not even now that Victoria is ever changing its requirements for nomination.
