And in more civilized countries these days, Cannabis is now considered a medically prescribed option to pain relief and nerve treatment.

Maybe the young man is in pain? These are small controlled quantities. I would not call him a "dealer" like some clueless people have labeled him.

I don't smoke weed and I hate the way it smells, but I have always held that it is a daft thing to illegalize a plant. You might as well illegalize sand. They all grow out of the ground. The ONLY reason it is illegal is because Nigeria was copying the white man in more racist times; who saw it as a means of escape by other races and did not like that at all (they had their own means of escape that they kept legal).
