why is it that you guys keep asking them to inquire on your file and not request for urgent processing? especially candidates that have opted to do visiting visa as a supplementary action. granted when i attempted to do SOWP urgent processing through the MPs IRCC ignored me but visit visa under reuniting with your spouse or immediate family member that works. please lets be more aggressive and less meek guys! God will grant us all this thing in Jesus name.

The MPs in my wife’s city are very annoying, they claim to have contacted IRCC but they didn't, she went to their office with baby asking for assistance, they got my information but no update till today. The only MPs that opened a case file for me was from Alberta, Mississauga and Montreal the rest kept insisting they would inquire. One from Ottawa even hung up on my wife sef.

yes that is the only reason i was able to get it when i did, i already said this on like 3 different posts. it is imperative that we start pushing this narrative because they seem to not be answering usual means

hi Marh, i replied your email and have replied the newer one, please reply to the thread of email so we can further iron it out. but for everybodies consumption this particular application once the eligibility is passed i think yo are good to go, pressurize Nairobi to send your PPR,it should be out any day now to be honest. It showed those specific MPs that contacted IRCC and got a response, one of the MP in Alberta called to inform her of a follow up and said Nairobi is overwhelmed. I sent you an email. I cant post their responses here.

I applied for SOWP for my husband and study visas for my 2 older kids on October 8th, 2021. My children got their medical request 6 weeks after and their PPR on Dec 10, 2021 but no news for my husband. I kept sending webforms but all I got was the generic messages.

1st week of January, I decided to reach out to the MP of my area and she was really helpful in contacting them and giving me feedback. However, she informed me that for whatever reason, they didn’t link my husband’s application with that of my kids hence the delay. I was angry, frustrated and confused because I did the application myself and he was the primary applicant. IRCC informed my MP that the average processing time is 40weeks for SOWP and they can’t give any further information other than medicals and criminality had been passed. MP advised that I apply for visitor’s visa so at least my family can come and then we apply for work visa from within Canada. I applied for it on January 11th and woke up to my good news this morning! I also checked the visitors visa application and saw that they also just updated the medicals today. I guess that they saw that the UCI number was same and he already had a work permit application waiting for a VO’s attention. I believe that the visitor’s visa application prompted them to pick up my hubby’s SOWP file. GOD DID IT!!!

One thing I will like to advice is, try to make your finance and home ties proof water tight! Also, make sure you are organized enough to arrange all your documents in a table of contents, with the name of each document and page number. It is painstaking but worth it. Lastly, Hope in God. Last night, I finally left everything in God’s hands and told him that I was not going to give myself high BP over this matter anymore, I danced in advance to praise him for all he had done form me so far and went to be just grateful for the one’s he had done for me. Not asking for anything more. I woke up to my good news this morning. My heart cannot contain my joy! I pray everyone waiting her experience this joy soonest in JESUS NAME!!!! AMEN!!!!!

Pls for those who applied using paper route at vfs lekki, apart from the yellow receipt slip, did you get any email confirming submission of your application. if you did, when from your submission date did you get it. Greetings house. Please I need advice and guidance. I'm married with 4 kid's. I have waec and neco result and my wife have waec and neco and ND. I will be 32 years by may. I have strong home ties and personal assets. I'm about to apply for admission in the king's university located in Edmonton Alberta. I want to know would it be better to apply with my neco or waec or should I use my wife as the primary applican. We want to go at the same time. I have a sponsor also I have good statement of account with closing balance. I have traveled to Dubai 2 time's although I lost my international carrying the Dubai visa stamps but I have the entry permit papers for the Dubai visa. Or should I apply for my wife who's is 22 years then add myself as accompany. We have sponsorship and I have some money in my personal account. Please advise me on the best thing to do. Thanks.

I first started by working in a known department store and I got an employment letter for it. Now I work in a bank and also have an employment letter.

My program is a 2 years course. I did the first semester in Nigeria before leaving. I came to Canada and stayed about 3months before applying for my family.

Yes, I indicated my family as non-accompanying when I applied for my study visa. So when I was now applying for them, I explained that I had stayed in Canada for a while and can't handle it alone anymore. Yes, my initial home ties were immediate family, life assurance policy, pension acct and assets. When I was applying for them, we changed it to my husband's parents, our siblings and assets including the life assurance and pension. Hope this helps.

Yes, my initial home ties were immediate family, life assurance policy, pension acct and assets. When I was applying for them, we changed it to my husband's parents, our siblings and assets including the life assurance and pension. Hope this helps.
